I came this morning with a mobile order for a decaf shaken espresso with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. When I got my drink, there was no cold foam and the drink was way too sweet to have been made with normal milk. I went back through the drive thru and explained that I thought the drink was made with vanilla sweet cream rather than normal milk and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. They remade my drink, but were quite short with me. When the barista handed me my new drink, she had a smirk that made me uneasy. When I tasted my new drink, it tasted way too strong to be decaf. My husband doesn’t like the taste of Starbucks’ decaf, and when he tasted it he said it was definitely caffeinated. Not only did they make my drink incorrectly the first time, they (on purpose or not) made my drink incorrectly the second time. This was around 7:30 am, there was no line or rush, and having been a barista myself for many years, I was kind and very understanding with the first mix up. I have health issues where I can’t tolerate caffeine well, so getting a drink that wasn’t decaf is a huge issue for me. Horrible service, extremely unkind actions. Read moreLiterally just left this Starbucks right now! I had order a green tea and chocolate salted almonds. For some reason my international Kuwaiti debit card was not working. Which was odd. Especially since I have been using it for the last 6 months in the US! Therefore, It was so embarrassing to say the least! We kept trying it and it just kept declining my card. Or saying not found or something like that. The guy that took my order (who now I realize I should have asked for his name. P.S. He is a angel) He kept saying things like, "It's fine" or "Don't worry about it" or "It's covered" Which was beyond so sweet and so so kind. He really didn't have too but he did. He was beyond professional and he also didn't want to embarrass me! I literally just left and feel awful about not thanking him enough. Nevertheless, I ended up transferring the money to my starbucks card because I insisted I wanted to pay. I was beyond embarrassed. However, I just realized too late I only paid for the green tea and not the almonds! Again, wanted to say thank you once again. The service at this starbucks is beyond amazing. Read moreI ordered two drinks, a dragon drink and a strawberry frappe with Java chips and mocha drizzle. The dragon drink came out fine, but the frappe cup was so covered in chocolate that that’s all I could taste. I had politely when back in and asked them to remake it for me with a little less chocolate. There were two teenage girls working, they were completely rude about it, and when the remade drink came out there was the tiniest dot of chocolate on the drink and barely any strawberry flavoring. I then went back in AGAIN, only to have the workers make faces at each other right in front of me, and was met with nothing but obnoxious attitude. I asked for a refund because I find it quite rude that they were being petty about chocolate sauce, and had already asked them to remake my drink twice. They then proceeded to throw a fit about how they didn’t think they were going to be able to give me a refund because I paid in cash. Overall, the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had.
