Made reservations for an 8-top, told we didn't need reservations. Right... 8 is sometimes hard to seat and serve. However, 4 of the 8 are kids. Some would say that's harder but in this case the kids ordered kids meals, water, and one soda. Pretty quick and dirty for an established joint and solid server. Arrived and the place was ~75% seated. Halfway through the long meal it was 25% seated. Wasn't slammed.

Of the adult meals, one was an order of ribs, one steak, and two french dips. Two app orders for the table as well.

Before apps come we get apples with dip for the kids, awesome! And our drinks, awesome! Then the apps, awesome! All within 15 minutes. Awesome!

Then... Nothing... Server comes and asks if we need more drinks but we deny, could have been the knife in the heart for us. Everything was quick so we weren't ready for a second round. Server comes back about 35-minutes later delivering salads, missing one, she didn't stay long enough to hear us try to tell her one was missing. Water and drinks are long gone. No refills at this point or after.

Server finally came back 20 minutes later and took our app plates, but said nothing. Couldn't be bothered to stop. A few minutes later she came and asked if we needed anything. We asked about our mains. She'll be right back, gone. Five minutes later we're told three minutes. She said the kids meals were up... We said YES bring them. Kids were done at this point, no food or water for an hour+, and then 4-kids meals served (3 in cardboard cars) were stone cold. Mini corn dogs, stone cold. Inedible sliders for a 6 year old, dry. Even ketchup could save this fare.

Then the adult mains arrived a solid 8 minutes later. Ribs were dried out, desiccated. Steak came on a plate even the server couldn't touch, she told us not to touch the plate. Steak was ordered med-rare, arrived fairly raw on a hot plate, it was eaten and it was the best part of the mains (should have been for $40). The two french dips? Dry and plain. No jus, she'll be back with that. Seven-minutes later and after one of our party got up to ask other servers for the jus was it finally delivered, cold. The side for the steak was the spinach, photos tell the story of the food. Pathetic for the price and wait.

$240 for the tab (after the server discounted it 10% without us asking), $20 tip was generous because things are hard sometimes, things happen. We never raised a fuss, never got upset, but will NEVER be back. If you can't serve, at least communicate, of not then it's done.

Front and back of house are to blame on this day. No managerial control or interactions with the servers. As some servers were absolutely drowning, some servers were literally sitting in booths doing side-work while some others were literally stocking straws....

I don’t give out many 5 star ratings, but this place is truly exceptional.

The appearance of the restaurant, inside and out is great. The parking lot is clean, and the manager was even out greeting people and helping them to the door, umbrella in hand. I’ve never seen that level of service before, and I think it is wonderful. The parking lot and restaurant as a whole were spotless.

I sat at the bar, where the seating was reasonably comfortable, the bar is of decent size and height, and was perfectly clean. My bar tender, Teagan, made me feel right at home and as a treasured guest. Very professional, very attentive. Exceptional service is hard to find, but I found it here.

The beer/alcohol selection is vast, and had lots of local selections too. Always a nice thing to see. The happy hour special is great too.

Food: I ordered the “house special” 16oz aged filet with a Caesar salad and squash medley. The salad was fresh, and made with high quality ingredients. The squash side dish, heavenly and fresh. I plan on finding someone to get in touch with so that I can possibly get the recipe. Exceptional would be putting it lightly. But the crown jewel of the meal: the Filet. I’m exceptionally picky about my steaks, and filets aren’t usually what I order, but I am so glad I ordered this one. Perfectly cooked medium rare, well presented, simply seasoned, and such a wonderful, rich flavor. Probably the best filet I’ve had in the Western Hemisphere, in the top two best steaks I’ve ever had in my life. This steak competes with $150 dollar steaks I’ve paid for at fine dining restaurants, and $70 steaks I have cooked myself. This may be a fluke, but only time will tell if this restaurant will provide the same experience each time. Consistency is key, and I’m excited to find out if they...

We went to this location on February 8th. My husband and 2 others in our party had ordered meals with mashed potatoes as a side. The mashed potatoes came to the table cold. I informed the server of this and he took all 3 orders back. I never imagined that they would microwaive these and return them to the table. This is what they did. The down side, is there was no way to know which serving was returned to who, as all 3 had been eaten out of. The potatoes still had fork markings in them. When I asked to speak to a manager, someone who was not a manager came out. All she said was that she was sorry and that the kitchen had denied doing this. She stated that they have rules to throw anything out that is returned to the kitchen. I showed her for fork marks in the potatoes and she just said she was sorry. When the manager finally came, all he could say is he is sorry that they dropped the ball. I was flabergasted. I was so grossed out, that I could not finish my meal. I informed him that I was not paying for a meal that I could not eat. He took my meal off of our bill and gave my husband 1/2 off his meal. I cannot believe their response to this. I cannot imagine that we are the only table that has experienced this. We will never eat here again. I cannot imagine what other healt code violations they have coming out of this kitchen. Our server was not responsive. I worked in the industry for 12 years and would never return food back to a table, without knowing who's...

A nice addition to Laramie. Four of us went on a Friday night and although it was very busy we were seated in a booth right away. Right off the bat I give Paige our server a 5. I'm going to give the Margaritas 2 stars and the Bloody Mary 5. 3 Margaritas were served $9 each and there was no alcohol in them I think literally no alcohol in them they had forgotten to add any alcohol! We told Paige and she immediately said well I need to get you guys some shots on the house and brought back three healthy shots which made the Margaritas okay but nothing spectacular for $9 in Laramie. Bloody Mary was spectacular! And Paige our server really saved this meal. One person got half rack of ribs, another got the full and they both looked pretty much the same size...not good. And both said they were a little dry. Steak sandwiches we're good as were the salads. Baked potatoes and Fries spectacular! There was a huge table next door to us with multiple babies but we could still talk although it's a noisy place. We didn't check out the bar and we didn't get dessert maybe next time. These guys are new just getting their feet under them and thanks to Page and that Bloody Mary we will try again in a couple months!
