Burger King — Restaurant in Laredo

There's already been several times I've came to this location and it's like no one wants to work or care about taking orders. The lady on the mic for drive thru had a tone in her voice that made it sound like she didn't want to take our order. When we got to the window she wasn't going to hand us the right drink from our order, and even after I specified no onions on my order. The bun was different from the whopper and there was no marking indicating I had asked for no onions, and that bit of info was ignored too. There needs to be an evaluation here because this shouldn't have to be the kind of experience I have every time...

My grandfather loved Burger King breakfast. Coffee and Croissantwhich. I would come over to his house to have breakfast with hime and grandma every Saturday morning. He was laid to rest this morning. Whoever is the owner of the his establishment. I suggest you personally visit every business. You have. The food is suppose to be warm temperature.where the customer enjoy their meal. Another issue. Inside the building there is only one hand sanitizer. And it is install 5 feet high. How in god sake do they expect a child to use it. We all know we are having a pandemic in this country.
