I'm very disappointed in this location! 😞 I've been here 5 times, and the last time was the last straw for me. Every time I go, I literally have to ask for my drink to look the way it looks on the menu, and when I do ask for it, that way they don't make it that way anyway. I love 7 brew coffee, the taste, customer service, and the point system. But this last time I had to give the girl taking my order my number 4 times because she couldn't hear me, that might be because the music was so loud, she messed up the number, I didn't get my points, when I got to the front my order had been deleted and not made, and I could barely communicate with the lady up there because I couldn't hear her. When I did get my drink, it wasn't made the way I had asked for it to be made and asked for it to be done again. If you have time to stand there and jam out to music, you have time to make my order correctly. I'm all about music, but if it's that big of a distraction for yall, turn it down. I still didn't get my points, and today, instead of coming to 7B, I looked up some off the wall coffee truck, and it was pretty good. I really don't mind the wait, but there isn't a reason it shouldn't be made correctly by the time I get up there. I've been to locations in San Angelo and San Antonio, all great. Step it up, yall. Read moreI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from a barista named Allie during a recent visit. While taking my order, she appeared very distracted and disengaged. She asked me to repeat my phone number three times, despite having just handed me the tablet to input it myself. When I tried to place my order, she simply stared at me, rushed me through the process, and looked everywhere but at me.As a regular customer who visits every morning before work, I am usually greeted warmly by staff who recognize me. However, this interaction was unprofessional and left me very displeased. I later asked another employee for her name and was surprised to learn that she is actually a shift lead. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was told she was the manager on duty. Instead, I was given a card with a phone number, which unfortunately does not work.
