Tacos Kissi Restaurant — Restaurant in Laredo

I don’t normally take the time to write food reviews about the food that I eat however, the food from this place was straight up a disappointment. I was looking for something different other than taco Palenque, so I thought I’d give this place a try. The first issue was the price. I ordered two tacos with cheese, lettuce and tomato along with two jalapeño poppers coming out to a total of $19. Which surely wasn’t worth it. The next issue was that despite me, ordering the food to go and eating it in my car the food tasted as if it was made a few hours ago. The cheese had become solid on a corn tortilla that I never wanted and honestly tasted wet and soggy with no flavor. The meat was not even noticeable and gone after two bites. The tacos tasted more like A thick Tamale with no flavor or meat. The jalapeño poppers were shameful, especially being from Texas. Good heavens I think that Laredo taco has better. The jalapeño wasn’t spicy at all, and they put so much cream cheese that had a acidic Dreadful flavor to it, and a thin piece of bacon that you would put in the microwave and gets all shriveled up. Boy was I wrong. Next time I’m hungry for a late night snack I’m definitely sticking with good old, faithful...

Why is it that all these less than mediocre and overpriced restaurants have such high ratings. DON'T EAT HERE! The food is awful and the service is worse! How is it that they miss my order when they had 20 plus minutes to prepare it. And it was not lunch or dinner rush. You need to hire competent employees. I had ordered an extra order of Charro beans and I got refried. Do the words charro and refried sound alike? No. They do not. And then the food had this strange aftertaste to it. I'm hoping I don't get sick from eating this trash! Do better or just don't do it!! Not everyone in town is complacent enough to give this trash heap of a place a 5 star rating. This is ridiculous. I am not coming back here. And in all honesty we all need to stop making these badly run and expensive places rich. We deserve better than this trash. Don't settle for barely edible food and bad service. Demand more from these uncaring owners. And I'm includeding all local restaurants. And looking at the reviews the owners don't seem to care what happens at their business as they don't bother to reply to...

Horrible customer service!!! I ordered chilaquiles rojos with egg and a bean and cheese taco, and two desebrada tacos. First of all, I don't reside close to this restaurant so I can come and go. Got home and checked my order which was all wrong. The chilaquiles had no egg at all...just white cheese. The bean and cheese taco was missing. I got the two desebrada tacos. I would understand if they would have admitted to forgetting the items and apologizing, but supposedly the manager was the person I spoke with to make my complain and all she could say was, "let me ask the waitress." Then she comes back and said that the waitress stated that it wasn't in the order to go receipt that's why she didn't add the item. It is clearly stated on the receipt that I just posted. They clearly charged me for all the items. The manager couldn't even say, come back so I can correct the mistake but instead kept saying, "ah ah." She didn't know what to say. Never will I go back to this restaurant. Not a...
