Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Laredo

Very bad experience i ordered thru the app and once the order was ready I notified im here thru the app the timer started running and when it was about to be time they stopped the timer so i wouldn't get the free pizza as mentioned in the app. I called the store and well it turned out my order was given to some other family. When they noticed they took the pizzas we ordered from the other family and gave it to another person before giving it to us. Keep in mind all this time we had the hazards on the other two vehicles didn't. To top it off i called the store and told some guy that answered that it was past the 4 minutes double the time the app gives for pizzas to be delivered. He says yeah i know were working on it and literally hung up on me. Like what kind of customer...

Ordered my food online at 11 am. Was waiting for the delivery person. I took a nap waiting for the delivery person. Woke up 4 hours later and they never came. Kids was awake and dog was running around inside house. No one ever came to door. I called the store when I got up and they said they didn't have an order for me. They pulled the money out my account but didn't have an order for me. Soni had to remember my order which they then made and sent to my house. So 4 and a half hours to get my pizza. No refund or anything for the mess up. What a joke of a place. Will never go back. I will take my business to one of the other pizza places from now on. Worse...
