Gloria's Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Laredo

This coffee spot makes me look forward to going to Laredo -shh don't tell my parents! I always stop by at least twice during my stay in Laredo. Not only are their iced lattes amazing but the baristas are AMAZING! I swear they some how add a dash of their welcoming, loving, energizing vibes into each cup they make! The coffee along with their positive energies/vibes - whatever it is you want to call it - is definitely something you cannot find at your typical run of the mill coffee shops. I am hooked! and so thankful/grateful...

I love Gloria's! The coffee is fantastic, the staff is welcoming, and the space is perfect for settling in to study or work.

My only consistent issue is the loudness of the music. It often makes it hard to concentrate and stay productive without noise-canceling headphones. It is also hard to hold a conversation at times. While I appreciate the vibe, if the volume could be kept at a moderate, background level, this would be the absolute best workspace in the city!

Lady at the register don’t know her name but she has shaved eyebrows and piercings, not very friendly. It’s not the first time, thought I’d give it a chance again but evertime I go this girl is there and she’s never happy just gives me attitude and doesn’t greet me nor anything.
