On Wednesday afternoon I went to this place w my family to obviously eat and so my daughter could play… when we get our food, my daughter notices a nugget from her happy meal missing. So I kindly ask the girl named Maritza if she could please bring what was missing.. she didn’t understand me so I said it in Spanish too, mind you, I was not upset nor mad, things happen I guess. & the girl tells me ok and walks off, then an other employee comes over and Maritza tells the girl in front of me, “por un pinche nugget, esta haciendo un escándalo” then she laughs.. like girl I heard you… now I’m upset. My food is ruined. I didn’t make a scene to begin with. So when she comes back with the nuggets, I tell her in Spanish, “if you don’t like your job then just say that, it’s not my fault that yall don’t know how to count” & she gets all defensive and scared saying she was talking about the drive thru customer. & I tell her that I heard her and that it wasn’t right. So i approached the general manager and told her what had happened, I told her my food was ruined bc her child employee decided to have a fit & be disrespectful in front of customers. The food doesn’t belong to her to begin with. I’m paying for my food, the least they can do is get the order right… the general manager lady apologized for the inconvenience and said she would talk to her, but I honestly expected at least a refund for it bc I couldn’t even finish my food. It was just a very unpleasant experience as a customer. I don’t think anyone would like to have anything missing from their orders… even my sister said she would never go back to a place with rude immature employees. & honestly this goes all the way to management for hiring kids who can’t keep their comments to themselves and do their job right. Read moreOne star is not even appropriate, waited in the driver thru 3 cars in my lane and the inside lane had 3 cars. Waited patiently for my turn go to the screen to order. They never asked us for our order nor did they hear us asking if they could help us. No one else was in the drive thru but us and then a car pulled up in the inside lane and and the McDonalds employee took their order and ignored us and didn’t bother taking our order. After the McDonald’s employee finished taking the other person order we decided to pull up to the window so they can take our order. Got to the window and asked for the manager immediately . Lady manager came to the window and took my order. After I placed my order I told her that I wouldn’t be moving from this window because I already waited in the driver thru screen behind me she said I have to pull up to the next window to get my order. I told her I was not moving I had been waiting a long time at the screen already. So then she left and brought this massive manager to the window and told me that they are refusing service for me here’s your money back. I said I’m sorry I’m not taking back my money, I want my food he then said here’s your money. I told him call the cops because I’m not moving through the drive thru till I get my food and I began to roll my window up while his 200 lb arm was sticking out the drive thru window. Cops got there, cops said they can refuse service.
Overall they didn’t want to hold up the line but kept their customer waiting in the driver thru….. it doesn’t make sense. Bad service overall when both Managers could have just handed me my food as the first window but they had to much pride. I’ll be calling corporate with this complaint. I know it’s fast food service and this is the service you get but hey I have plenty of time while they...
Read morethis Guadalupe Street location is always very crowded and there's always employees just standing around eating snacks and talking despite how busy it is. they've always gotten at least one item in my order wrong everytime. this specific time is the last time I'll ever go there. they didn't automatically give me napkins or a straw until i asked, and they gave me only 1 sauce for a whole 20 pc nuggets. and they gave me a 4pc nuggets instead of 6pc so i had to go back inside to get it fixed. they didn't seem like they cared to talk to me, they took way too long to correct it, and when i asked for a water cup while i waited they said they don't give out courtesy cups. ??? okay whatever... anyways, so the food itself was TERRIBLE. I've never had fries that bad from any other place. They were hot but greasy and hard. It felt like they just recooked old fries. the nuggets tasted stale. the only decent thing was the mcflurry but honestly it would be nearly impossible to mess that one up. never...
