I hope the owner of this establishment reads my comments on today’s visit. I know that businesses will have good and bad days, but, this particular day was pretty ugly. For some reason, I decided to get in the drive-thru line which was already long and moving slow. When I finally reached the menu screen the speaker’s volume was horrible, I could barely understand the attendant and I really had to raise my volume so I could be heard. My order was not difficult consisting of sundaes, an iced coffee and a fish sandwich combo. I paid and I got a partial order, I was then directed to park in front of the restaurant. I noticed that there were additional cars parked there, too. I also noticed a gentleman pacing and looking through the window. I thought to myself, well that’s not good, I wonder how long he has been waiting? During my 20 minute wait, I saw different staff members going in and out trying to figure out what order goes where. There was no manager outside to co-ordinate a smooth transition from their kitchen to the customer. Do you know what I was waiting on? My drink. Why did I wait so long? Because they couldn’t even get that right, I ordered a Dr P but I was given a Coke or Pepsi. My whole point is narrowed down to customer service, customer service, customer service! Read moreWhen I was ordering I began with "I'm making two orders..." and the first order was great and when I said, "and for the second order" she immediately cut me off saying, "Yes, I know you have a second order!" 👀 I blew it off. After I paid and drove to the second window to pick up my food while wearing my mask, a girl handed two paper bags and closed the window. I ALWAYS check my bags before leaving and I didn't find any dipping sauces for my 2 orders of nuggets. I waved at the girl and she opened the window saying, "Yes, how can I help you?" I reply, "Ma'am, may I have some barbaque sauces?". She replied, "We charge .25¢ each" 👀👀 I clear my throat to speak clearly with my mask and said "I checked my bags and I don't have any sauces for my 2 orders of nuggets" She gave me a stank face and handed me 1 sauce. I drove off...last time I ever order from this location. No Customer Service. Managers need to observe employees and train them how to speak and act in a business...
Read moreMcDonald's as a general has gone down hill since the early 2000's really. It used to be this caring entity over the mistakes it made and the food was affordable, heck the problem during this era was that healthy food was more expensive than a McDonald burger. This specific McDonald that i go to(Which is close to home) always gives me mixed experiences, if it isn't completely messing up my order its forgetting something when i order a good amount for me and the family, and although i just said its close to home, relatively its still some distance. Having to come back and complain is one thing but whatever happened to reimbursement? They don't even offer me complementary food and that's the worse, they mess up on your purchase, you come and complain on your gas money and all you get is a, "Woops, sorry" when they mess up in the frequency they do it genuinely makes me want to stop shopping at McDonald's altogether...
