HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is why local businesses do not last in Laredo because they have no sense of what good customer service is. I placed a large order of bread for an event with days in advance and they assured me that it would be ready on the day of my event. The day before my event I got a call that the order was ready, but when I showed up, they told me nobody had called in that order. I explained that i was told my order was ready and the employee said “I don’t know what you’re talking about. I received no apology or solution for this huge mistake at all. Very poor customer service!! I was going to buy 10 pieces and I ask for a small box because the chocolate donuts if u put in a bag the chocolate mess up and the lady didn’t want to give a box because I needed to buy 12 pieces they don’t value customer n our money she preferred for me not to buy anything n take money someone else where they do...

Pano's had always been my familys' to-go bakery. And eventho I moved to the valley some years back, this bakery still continues to be my go-to bakery. I don't just buy for myself or just my family. I buy enough for my family, my in-laws & my friends wouldn't go anywhere else. My favorite are the regalitos! I wouldn't give it up...
