Went to eat here with my family. This was our first time eating here so we ordered several items, which we were not familiar with to taste them. The waiter brought us our food. In the middle of eating our food the cashier goes to our table and tells us they accidentally brought us an appetizer that they claimed we did not order by “accident”. She stood there awkwardly requesting us to pay for the appetizer. She made us stop eating to pay for an appetizer we were given by “accident” and that we did not order, not only was this an extremely unpleasant disruption, it made us lose our appetite so much that we paid for the appetizer (a mistake THEY made) and left all of our food there which was approximately $80 for 3 people. We will NEVER return to this place and we will tell all of our friends and family to avoid coming here and tell them about our horrible experience. Although I believe it’s wrong to charge a customer for something they did not order, I would have been okay with doing so if I was asked when we had finished our meal, not disrupt it and demand us to pay for something we did not order while we had barely started to eat our food. We love supporting local shops/restaurants but not when their service is horrible. This has been the worse service we have experienced. It’s a shame because we could have became...

unfortunately i havent been able to eat here because when we got there they were already sold out of all of their menu except for 3 items. the reason why i am writing this review is because there was a young lady at the front charging customers and she seemed very quiet and rude because she didn’t even say hi to me and she didn’t even tell me anything about the fact that they were sold out on a lot of menu items. first I asked for the Miyagi and she said they were no more Miyagi‘s then I asked for a rice bowl and she said they were no more rice bowls. she just basically never bothered telling me anything to begin with and she didn’t have the nerve to tell me until the very end last minute that they were out of almost everything. she didn’t have any good manners and it seems like she just didn’t want to be there. food looks good and i...

The food is always great, but we did not have a pleasant experience with one of the employees. We asked a young man (he had black hair with a hairnet and light skin) who was bringing out food if we could get our left over ramen boxed up and he gave us a very sarcastic "sure" and made a face. We all have long days so we got over that. When he came back he brought it out and we said thank you and no response, didn't even want to look at our faces. It just soured our experience because a big reason we love coming here is how amazing the service is. People who work there are always smiling and happy and this young man did not fit the vibe. Of course we will come back, but I hope the owners will at least talk to him about giving a better service and representing this amazing restaurant better. It just looked like he didn't want...

Presentation and food combinations are nice and interesting. Flavor was sufficient. I'm very peculiar when it comes to eastern dishes as I've been around them my whole life. I like the modern domestic twist they add. It's actually good and if you want different, it's a must try, even if once. Pictured are the Osaka Fries and Gaijin ramen. The Osaka Fries were good but missed the asian zing. Was more a Texas barbecue taste. The Gaijin was actually tasty after the spice bomb was added. Although the Gaijin didn't state it contained lemon grass, I got a hint of it and I just don't like lemon grass. I just may want to try one more dish. Laredo definitely needs more authentic deep Eastern restaurants. So this was a nice outta the norm visit. And make sure your matcha drink isn't expired

Great Ramen place, as starter we got the Pork Rangoons which taste great (although they have just a little of the filling but it's ok if you're going for a full ramen). As per the ramens, we ordered the Spicy Miyagi (which I do not recommend if you're not into Spicy food) as well as the Buddha one (vegan) and both were extremely good. The broth was flavorful in the two of them, also the portions were big (we went for the full dish). Love the fact that you can order either half dish or full one. The place is not so big but they have a few tables to dine in. I highly recommend this place, it's one of the best ramen places I've tried in Laredo.

Hands down best ramen in town. Everything on the menu is great but the star of the show is the ramen. It's a decent serving of noodles and broth, just about enough to satisfy most people. Their menu is very focused with little options to choose from but, I have not ordered something I haven't liked. The only real issue (small one at that) is their selection of drinks as there really isn't anything to choose from aside from whatever is available that day.
