Went today to buy some parts for some chandeliers I'm making...went first to the rear building, rep who took care of me was knowledgeable but recommended I special order some parts from the retail building in front....he said they may have a better supply of the parts I needed on hand. Well, the lady I encountered in front was barely helpful when she realized I wasn't there to buy a chandelier....she said that they didn't have parts to order. and they didn't do that for years...even when I told her the gentleman from the back JUST sent me over 5 minutes ago and even told me to ask them to be ordered from the SATCO catalog. She said again, no, they don't do that. I asked her where I could locate those parts...she said "welll, maybe from a place that sells those?"....I asked her if she could be more specific, heaven's sake - she DOES work for a place that sells related products!...you would think she could give me SOME guidance No luck, she said maybe look online...I asked where should I look online, she just responded "I don't know, look under sockets?" Thanks for nothing....I usually get good service wherever I go, I guess not today from this lady. Like I said the gentleman in the back WAS very helpful and knew his stuff...I ended up going back to him and buying...

Mr. Diaz and his staff are, by far, the best group of people to consult when you want to improve your home. While they may only provide lighting, some artwork and deco they have the best group of people available to tend their clients every need. I have had the pleasure of buying over the years from them and regardless of the budget they find the right piece to fit the space. Something you will NOT find anywhere else in town, they do not care to push a cheap product (like lowes or home depot) which will break down shortly. They stand by their products and give a lifetime warranty (which has come in handy at least once). If you believe they are the most expensive place to shop for lighting your mistaken; while they do carry high end beautiful pieces, they have options for multiple budgets.
