Crosstown Plaza — Local services in Laredo

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I traveled from out of town to attend a baby shower at this venue. The venue was lacking and the staff was arguing with the mother to be about what was provided. She was asking for blue and pink table coverings for the hideous tables. She had beautiful centerpieces for each table. I know the family and if they knew this wasn't provided they would not have been panicked trying to find these at a store last minute. The staff called the owner and she showed up as guests were arriving. She was yelling and arguing with the mother to be. She was so rude and made this 8 month pregnant (with twins) woman cry. The owner walked outside and came back in with a receipt book. Showed it to her and said the items she was requesting was not included. There were no signatures on the receipt so it seemed a little fishy to me. Mom said she never saw that receipt when she gave the deposit. Finally one of the other family members paid the entire cost of the venue for to leave.

I would not recommend this venue to anyone. Clients/customers should never be treated this way. She has a lot to learn about professionalism and...

crosstown plaza is one of the worst in town it ashames laredo .ive never seen a cheap painted color water all stores with the same cheap paint its a $10.00 dollors water paint & the worst parking lot all bumppy full of potholes no strips no trees on the center all dirty just like the one next door this are vary dirty owners all they want is thier rent money wats going to happen if you fall .they should be bounded insurance but nahhh if you fall its ur falt for not looking were u walk.also not one single tree this place stores are un-attended by this mexicons or those guys from other country's they own laredo .laredo is the worst dirty city so.phawk crosstown plaza am ashame just...

Alondra was tremendous help. I had purchased a new phone at another location no one was able to help me transfer info to my phone. I had been referred to this store twice. She did a great job! In short time. Also had opportunity to listen to how Alejanndro attendanted the customers even though one customer was on the stubborn side he handled it very well. Good job....
