A terrible experience at the Starbucks Drive thru yesterday at this location by their Supervisor (as I was told she was). I was on my way to work and had an unused Starbucks gift card and thought I’d use it so I passed by this location at 740 am. I unknowingly entered the “mobile” app drive thru side (2 way drive thru) and was told I had to get out of the line and reform in the correct side of the drive thru if I wanted to have my order taken; the problem was I had 4 cars in front of me and was already blocked from behind. I approached the window and asked why they would have me go through that to only be told by the supervisor the same directive she told me. I advised her that she had terrible customer service as she would not take my order and have me proceed through a line and reform back again; it was a honest mistake of mine to get into that line but two wrongs don’t certainly make it right by her actions and smirk to only tell me thank you. She even told me at the window that I could get off and have my order taken if I wanted after all this too. I reported the situation and the parties to Starbucks as this should certainly not be an experience...
Read moreAfter ordering 2 Travel sizes, the app gave me an ETA of 15-20 mins, I took 25 mins to get here only to be told " idk why the app says that but each one takes 15 to 20 mins, so it wont be out for another 20. Also we don't have them over via drive through for safety reasons " I kindly left the location and thanked her for her time. I came back 8 mins later and I personally saw the second traveler's case get placed on the counter so I guess just like the app, the ETA was wrong again. The same person CORRECTS me that next time I should order in advance " in case I didn't know " well the only thing I didn't know know was that our office was flooded and wanted to provide coffee to my team. I apologized for the inconvenience I caused in pressuring this employee for having ordered 2 cases and arriving on time based on app ETA.

Read moreI'm very disappointed at this location the manager needs to have a talk with there employees,on thanksgiving night there was a line of cars at the drive through and the people weren't aware that it was closed, shift employees were in the building apparently working I walked up to the service window and a employee made hand gestures that it was closed so I pointed to the drive through and he gestured back as well so I felt bad for the people waiting so I went to approach every single vehicle and advise them that it was closed the first vehicle mentioned he had and ubereats order he was picking up 😲🙎. Employees need to be more courteous and let people know luckily the second drive through entrance had cones blocking the entrance 🤨 Upon reading the reviews this location is not up to Starbucks standards the managers require...
