Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Whataburger through their drive-thru, and it was an experience worth sharing, primarily due to the outstanding service provided by Miguel and Abigail. I pulled up to the drive-thru and I had a specific craving that day and decided to order the Buffalo Chicken Strip Sandwich with a couple of modifications: swapping the regular bun for Texas toast and substituting the chicken strips for a spicy chicken patty. To top it off, I ordered a strawberry malt to complement my meal.
Miguel listened carefully to my special requests and assured me that he would make sure everything was prepared exactly as I wanted. It was clear that he took pride in his work and wanted to ensure everything was perfect. After a short wait, Abigail handed me my meal with a friendly "Enjoy your meal!" and I was on my way.
Once I arrived home to enjoy my food, I was delighted to see that everything was exactly as I had requested. The Texas toast was perfectly golden and crispy, adding a delightful crunch to the sandwich. The spicy chicken patty was juicy and flavorful, with just the right amount of kick from the buffalo sauce. Each bite was a delicious blend of textures and flavors that left me completely satisfied. And let's not forget the strawberry malt! It was creamy, rich, and bursting with fresh strawberry flavor. It was the perfect sweet treat to balance the spiciness of the sandwich and made for an indulgent finishing touch to my meal. What truly made this drive-thru experience exceptional was Miguel and Abigail's dedication to ensuring my order was perfect. It's not every day that you encounter such attentive and caring service, especially in a fast-food setting. Their efforts made a significant difference in my dining experience and left a lasting impression.

Read moreA few minuts ago i went to Whataburger at Del Mar (Laredo, TX) to buy a kids meal for my girl (6yrs old)...and I'm so grateful with Daniela who attended the drive thru...she literally gave her extra mile today...after the payment I took my order and I left my credit Card back...I could have a hard time today for my distraction, But Daniela ran outside the restaurant to reach me on the street and give me my credit card...I'll never forget what she've made...I've been in many others restaurants in many places and there is none with this kind of employees...thanks God for Daniela and her nice vibes ..I think because of Daniela's attitude the order tastes better with her kindness...my girl it's so happy and she is learning good things from people...
Read moreThis Whataburger is the worst when it comes to the time you have to wait for your order. I ordered at 11:13 at the drive thru and didn’t get my food until 11:41. Mind you it was one burger and fries. I’m currently waiting on one burger again and so far I have been here for 15 minutes, and still no food. There are so many workers which is what confuses me. Now that I actually got down (thinking it would be quicker) I see that most of them just stand around. Not sure if they train employees to send them to near Whataburgers. I honestly will not ever be coming to this Whataburger again. It would be quicker to make a drive to the Whataburger...
