Normally never have problems with this store but yesterday I was very dissapointed.
After placing my order through the drive through, they told us to pull up to the window. There was a vehicle in front of us and as it pulled away, someone inside stuck their head out and told us to wait where we are (to not pull forward). We waited a good 10 minutes. I tried calling the store after that wait but received no response after three calls. After about another 5 minutes, they finally flagged us to move forward. When we pulled up to the window, they didn't apologize for the wait or anything, just asked for payment for my order. I asked them what the hold up was and they said something like that they were refilling the ice machine. There were at least three people in the store at the time. I don't understand why they told us to wait, never apologized for the wait, and to top it off, our Dr Pepper tasted like cough syrup. Two stars and only because the popcorn...

Who ever is in charge of this location my service here was horrible and not because of the employees that went out of there way to provide me with great costumer service even though they only had 3 employees doing a job of 8 or 10 having orders back to back. A job at this time is needed they are unable to quit because they need the job. All the stress builds up and they take it out on the costumers that are wasting money to have a nice meal. Please hire at least more staff. It is needed. Please do not abuse of 3 people working a job of 10 ppl. This looks bad on JACK IN THE BOX!!! I expected more from you all!!! This is abuse and I am 1 hundred percent sure you are not paying them $15 per hour!!!! "They are very popular. We ran out." As I'm wondering why they don't stock more if they are so popular am told, "We are getting more on Sunday." Today is Friday so I'm thinking the management team must be ridiculously incompetent! I'm handed my order. Look in the bag. There are two regular tacos! I ask why. "We didn't have the monster taco so I gave you two regular tacos." Looking at the receipt I ask if they charged me for them. Answer is "Yes." W T F ? Got my hard earned $1.19 back. Really?
