Stars Drive-in — Restaurant in Laredo

They have been messing up everything since Art Cedillo or whatever his name is has gotten hired. He gets mad at you for calling to say they messed up and gets very argumentative. He was trying to gaslight me about what I did and did not see in front of me. I hadn't gone in months because of this deplorable behavior. Then I went tonight and they messed up my order 3x again. First. A hair in my food. Then they make me wait forever. Thirdly they didn't put any chili on my chili cheese tots just cheese.....and the manager thought I wanted to go back a third time as if I want to get and covid 3x......what's wrong with the people you all hire in laredo? Scrapping the bottom of the barrel.

Never disappointed when I come here. The healthy options are limited, but they do have some salads. No dine-in as the name implies. It's take-out or eat in your car, but the food is good enough to not matter. The burgers are awesome with jalapeños and cheese. The hot dogs are great also. The munchers are a great alternative to fries or tater tots. The onion rings are another great side order here, old-fashioned and crunchy batter with actual onions, not minced onion product like some other fast food places. The slushees, frosties, and ice cream desserts...

Absolutely worst service I've ever experienced. They took so long to even charge and bring the order. She dropped my drink on her way out and I ordered a tropical freeze and I was given a shake. I wasn't asked what size and I was rushed with the words "is that it" after every word I spoke. She didn't let me even complete my sentences. And no utensils were given with my salad. Honestly I'm not sure if they're understaffed or just terribly trained. I didn't even get a receipt after she said she would give it to me. What a...
