I am putting one star because I ordered a rusa and there was not a single piece of fruit until I reached the bottom and it was a small ridiculous amount that they even served. This "rusa" is just a mountain of shaved ice with old gummy worms. For a snack shop that also makes fruit cocktails, I was really disappointed that they just didn't make a regular rusa. NEVER AGAIN!! I rather do a long wait in Orlando's and get the real thing. A waste of...

We went walking and were waiting on a side to order. No cars were in line on that side and they asked us to move to the other line where there was a truck. Then another vehicle came to the side we first got on and they got served. I asked why we got moved to the other side and they said they only take pedestrians on that side. There are no signs that say for pedestrians to get on one specific side. And the “walk in”’order...

This place is always packed. And it is always chaos with all the people in line. It's ridiculous. In my opinion, not worth the wait, potential accident, and money for the product. Forgot to mention these people have a giant menu with tiny font size, and no prices to add insult to injury. For new customers that is a red flag. Like I said wait times are excessive and there aren't any signs of employees directing customers...
