Waitresses here aren't all very friendly.
The first waitress we had, seemed to be in a bad mood or perhaps overwhelmed with her job. She was wearing some weird looking antennas on her head and seemed to be rushing through orders.
I am a big fan of authentic chicken and waffles, so when I saw them on the menu I was actually looking forward to trying them out.
When I asked the Waitress about the chicken and waffles and how good they made them... she responded back with "its just chicken and waffles, what else do you want to be?" in a sacrcastic tone..
Fair enough, so I proceeded to ask her if they were authentic chicken and waffles, because they are not all made the same in different establishments.... and then once again she responded in a harsh tone " I don't know it's just chicken and waffles and sounds like a kids meal" đ¤đ
I couldn't help but laugh at the comment and made me think they would taste horrible if I proceeded to order them..
I opted in for the fried pickles, which were pretty good and the brisket sandwhich which was actually over cooked, square diced up brisket that had a bland taste to it.
I took about two bites before I stopped eating it..
Seeing as to how the food was sub par and the service was matching, we decided to order some drinks and watch the UFC fight instead.
At the time we also switched waitresses, hoping we would get better service.
First round of drinks were ok, then I noticed that they switched my order of Black label Jonny Walker to Red label...
I then ordered a Crown Royal Apple and they brought me what tasted like a Jack Daniels instead..
I brought it to the waitresses attention (which was now a different one and much nicer) and she was very apologetic and said they had opened a new bottle and that perhaps that's why it tasted different..
I asked her to bring me another Crown Apple so I could compare the drinks side to side... this time I actually watched as the bartender poured my drink and low and behold the second one was Crown Apple and the first one tasted more like a regular Jack Daniels...
I can't blame the waitress for that one, as it was more than likely the bartender who wasn't paying attention or just had a mix up.
Regardless, the place can still be pretty good if management takes care of any issues the staff may be having.
Namely, if they (the staff) are having a bad day at work, they should take the day off and not let their attitudes ruin a clients evening.
I completely understand that the service industry can be a tough one (which is why I like to tip well when good service is provided), but at the end of the day either you like your job...
   Read morei am laughing hysterically when i read all of the previous poor reviews for this location because they are ALL TRUE!!!! i am SO GLAD to know i am not the problem. Wing Daddyâs is usually a big hit with my family and i⌠however, this location truly left our love for Wing Daddyâs a bit jaded! when i arrived with my family and service animal, i expected the waitress/wait staff to seat us accordingly and reiterate their basic policies to me for clarity. however, the woman said, go sit anywhere youâd like. my husband automatically decided on a booth and we took it. a bit later, a gentleman greets us saying how sorry he is, but the store doesnât allow pets. i informed him my dog is a service animal and he began to go on with a lecture on how he should not be seated at the booth but on the floor. to which i thought, well yes, that is normal. but, when my family chose a booth, i just naturally went with them. and, the floor wasnât particularly clean enough under the booth to have him sit or lay there, so he sat beside me. there was never clarification and we were never formally seatedâŚ. which, is new to me at a Wing Daddyâs.
overall, my problem stems back to the root, much like a lot of the other reviewers have commented. the lack of attention and professionalism caused an eventual ordeal, which resulted in us leaving after we had already placed our order. that is at least $100 loss for the store, with just 1 table.
it was extremely offensive to have my service animal mistaken for a pet, simply because the proper protocols were not followed, for example, simple communication and clarity.
and, in the meantime, to get specific on the little service we did receive for the less than 15mins we were seatedâŚ.. the waitress never brought us waters. she took our drinks order and i asked for two watersâŚ. she came back with only drinks and no water. i asked again, and waited again. my husband ordered chips and cheese, she asked if we wanted it right away or with our food, he said right away and while we waited, we watched all of the waitresses and staff mingling. the women behind the counter at the registers and the men at a table in the front corner of the store.
the atmosphere was very mediocre. all of the tvs had the same thing on them with the exception of a couple. none of them had closed captions on. the volume for the majority of the tvs with the same sports show was on, yet, no music or ambiance AT ALL WHATSOEVER!

   Read moreTerrible food, even worse service. This place is probably the worst wing place I have ever been to. We had to wait almost an hour for food that was so horrible, that only 2 of the 5 of us actually ate it.
The wings were burnt and horribly over-seasoned. On top of that, our server only came by a handful of times in the 2 hours from walking in, to walking out.
Some of the order was not correct or so gross so it was sent back. We waited another 20+ minutes just to get replacement food.
We had to flag down other servers multiple times just to get drink refills. We flagged down our server to ask about our food due to the very long wait. Our table became crammed with dishes because our server never came by to remove used plates.
We finally waited 15 more minutes (with napkins on all of our plates, looking around for any employee that would acknowledge us, signaling we were most definitely through with what they brought out to us) before our server came by and asked if we wanted our checks. Another 10 minutes to actually get the checks, several more minutes to get them back, sign and then we ran out the front door.
Not once did anyone acknowledge the terrible food or horrible service. We never received a visit from any manager. Our server barely came by the table during the entire meal, and then became silent and angry when she (finally) brought us our checks.
Avoid this place like the plague. Go to BW3s or Wings & Rings if you want rings. This place is overpriced, nasty and is staffed by people who could care less about anyone.

Amazing, you guys still cannot even apologize for the terrible experience myself and the others I was with had.
I am not going to send you any private message regarding this. Everyone here needs to see how bad your food and service is.
Your management never even came out to the table, the server never even asked me what I wanted (in response to the gross food I received).
Your server actually brought out even more of it.
It all went in the trash as soon as I got home. The first pic is actually exactly how the food looked when it got to my table. I put it directly in the to-go container. When I got home, my wife saw it and said, âew grossâ.
