Cesarina's Italian Deli is an absolute gem in Largo, FL! This family-owned establishment has been serving the community for over 30 years, and it's easy to see why they've become a local favorite.

The subs at Cesarina's are simply outstanding, putting other sandwich shops to shame. Made with fresh, homemade bread baked daily, these sandwiches are a cut above the rest. Whether you opt for the mouthwatering Cesarina's special with prosciutto and provolone or the hearty Italian beef, you're in for a treat.

What sets Cesarina's apart is their commitment to quality and authenticity. Using family recipes passed down through generations, they craft Italian specialties that will transport your taste buds straight to Italy. From classic lasagna to spinach manicotti, every dish is prepared with care and expertise.

Don't even think about skipping dessert! Cesarina's homemade tiramisu, cheesecakes, and Italian cookies are the perfect way to end your meal. And if you're feeling indulgent, try their cannolis or Sfogliatelle – you won't regret it.

Cesarina's is the ideal stop for beachgoers looking for a delicious picnic. Grab a couple of their enormous subs, some sides like their fresh salads or homemade pasta salads, and head to the shore for an unforgettable meal.

Family-friendly and welcoming, Cesarina's Italian Deli is more than just a restaurant – it's a Largo institution. The warm atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home. So whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to visit Cesarina's for an authentic Italian experience that will leave you...

3 years ago I wrote a review (see below) about this place and I had given it 5 stars. Today I walked in and wanted the antipasto salad. First the man working there told me it was to the left of the register in the fridge (looking at the register). None there. Then he said it was to the right in the case. It was there and the lady there grabbed it. I asked if it still had the marinated mushrooms and she said no "not for a long time now." I changed my mind and said I would get a sub. When I said that the man working there said "It's the same exact salad." Um, no it's not! I know what I used to order, eat, and the lady even said it used to have it. There definitely used to be mushrooms in the antipasto salad. The man rubbed me the wrong way with a smug attitude from the beginning and when he said that it was the exact salad, I had it. I just walked out. And guess what? I will never walk back in. Sad the original owners left.

3 years ago: I've been coming here for years and their food, service and well stocked items are always top notch. Some of my favorite items are the pickled mushrooms, antipasto salad, and roasted red pepper & mozzarella sub. Fresh ingredients all the time. I am so happy they're close to my home! Please...

Under new ownership. The family that started Cesarina’s sold it recently, and as is to be expected, there have been some changes.

The biggest change that I’ve noticed is their bread. Under the old owners, the bread was a standout. Perfect balance of softness and thickness to stand up to hot, heaping sandwiches. The bread now, while not terrible, just isn’t as good. Tastes different, and just doesn’t hold up well for hot, saucy-type sandwiches.

The steak used in their steak and cheese sandwiches also isn’t the same. It’s of lesser quality - dry and tastes closer to hamburger meat. Very disappointing.

Luckily, it seems their club sandwich has remained much the same. Large amounts of ham, turkey and roast beef.

They recently catered lunch at my company, and the consensus was that the lasagna lacked flavor.

I realize that whenever there is a change of ownership in the restaurant/food business there’s going to be a transition period where things get sorted out and sometimes changed according to the new owner’s tastes/preferences, and to that end, I’m willing to try them again. Hopefully, they’ll make the...

This is a nice Italian store that sells food but also has all kinds of imported goodies. I ordered the all beef meatball sandwich. I was not impessed at all! The gentleman asked me if I wanted provolone or mozzarella for my cheese, I chose mozzarella thinking I was going to get nice big mozzarella slices in my sub, boy was I wrong! they sprinkled mozzarella that u would use for tacos or salads! They was definitely skimpy on the sauce, that thing tasted super dry and whoever made it did an awful job on appearance because there was a meatball sticking out and there was a big hole at the end where the meatball should've went. The meatballs themselves were very bland like they don't use seasonings or anything . This sandwich reminded me of the ones they sell at 7 11. I would not recommend the meatball sub but I will give them another chance and try something different. Hopefully my next experience will be better.

What an amazing Italian Deli experience for my first visit. I give everything including my service by Veronica a 10 ! Her and the owner allowed me a small portion of amazing eggplant parm without the sandwich bread. I eat lightly, so this allowed me to enjoy two dessert cookies that were amazing. I first could not get enough of a lemon cookie with a glaze Veronica recommended. Then she even heated up my ricotta, cinnamon type, nut cookie that was so tasty! I will be back. All should come and enjoy and support this fantastic Italian Deli!
