Owner of this restaurant Neil was absolutely amazing polite and courteous sociable knowledgeable helpful and overall just an absolute Delight. He never once made us feel like we were taking too long or bothering him. He made our food exactly as we asked all ingredients including bread the meat cheese veggies sauces drinks were all fresh and even though it was close to closing time he had everything still out and ready to prepare whatever meal anybody came in to get. This is probably the cleanest or I've ever seen and even with him only working he took the time to get everybody's order right and still was friendly and made you feel as though customers should feel like they are appreciated. He even gave us back the coupon that we used and said that we could use it again until the expiration date and offered us to cups to try their new drinks that they just got in awesome Place awesome customer service awesome owner Beyond awesome experience overall will never go to another Subway ever again best...
Read moreSo, Neal is the owner of this location and I can thank him for my worst experience ever in a place of business. I ordered an online pick up and receive confirmation from subway. I show up at noon (as instructed) only to be told he doesn’t see my order. I advise Neal that I have an order number , payment verification number, etc., as I’m expecting him to take this information and locate the missing order. He doesn’t do anything to help and advises me to order again. After letting him know I don’t wish to be charged twice, he just goes about his business. At this point I’m still hoping he will take my confirmations and make my sandwich. Nope, Neal just continued to make more online orders and help walk ins.. I stood there until Being told I wasn’t getting any sandwich or help with a refund. Don't take Subway Internet deals Very rude, either has trouble understanding English or more likely spent all the after asking what I wanted, kept talking and correcting her employ, but had to ask me over and over what I wanted When I paid, tipped, and ask her to have a great night, no response other than an evil stare. Maybe after twice, I will remember when I can't Subway app order. Since almost all others have taken Subway deals and are always good experiences, I hope you find yours to be better...
