This is my second time eating there… last time the food was good. It took a long time to get it, but it was good. This time which was last night. The food was horrible. I got the wings. They were dry and almost broke a tooth trying to chew one up to swallow it as a matter fact, all the food was overcooked their cheese curds tasted like they never changed the deep fryer oil, same with the tater tots and the service was absolutely ridiculous. It sucked. I waited and waited and waited for a bill when I got the bill asked me if I wanted an itemized receipt which I thought you just got with the bill naturally you shouldn’t have to ask that question he’s lucky you got a tip at all and there was hardly anyone in there. I want to say maybe 10 people total so why was the service so slow in the food so bad they had plenty of time to deal with everybody but all the bartender cared about was talking to one Couple the entire night at the bar didn’t pay attention to us until I stood up, ready to walk out because I was waiting for the bill and when I asked her to go containers, he didn’t give me containers big enough to hold all the food so most of it got left behind and after reheating it today I’m glad I got left behind because it absolutely sucked. I will never eat at BWW’s again! Definitely not the one in Largo! that’s for sure. Management needs a staff better and take care of the customers or just go out of business and do everyone a favor so we can pick a restaurant that actually does care.! The worst part is most people only leave a comment after a bad experience not always but it’s what prompted me to do this. Because nobody can really know what’s going on without the review and I know you don’t know me and I could be full of baloney, but I’m probably not and I’m probably more accurate than most reviews you ever read! Don’t be a victim of Buffalo wild wings attempt to get your money because they have an established business. Doesn’t matter how well you branded yourself when your service and your products suck, there’s no recovering from that. Oh, I will say I did have the pineapple mango margarita and that was actually good. The only good thing I had there maybe they should just be a bar that doesn’t serve food, but I’m sure that isn’t gonna help improve the service. Enjoy your review because you certainly earned this one. Serving rockhard food isn’t gonna help your business grow or sustain itself in any way shape or form. At this point it’s like lying and cheating at the same time just to take somebody’s money. Read moreEDIT: We decided to give this place another try after about a month of a terrible experience. WE WILL NOT EVER GO HERE AGAIN. we walked in and there were 4 people waiting in front of us. We heard them say that they had been standing there for about 10 minutes already. After almost 5 minutes of us standing in line, no one even came over to greet any one of us. This place is absolutely awful. Terrible customer service and poor training. Will not return. And it's a shame too because back in Missouri we went at least 1 time a week for baseball and hockey games.
When we first walked in, no one was at the host stand to greet us. No biggie. It was 9:40pm and they had about half of the restaurant full. This employee with long red hair walks up and right past is carrying ice, didn't even look at us, or acknowledge we were even there. She didn't offer a hello or I'm sorry I'll be right with you. Nothing. So after about 5 minutes standing there, a server who had the patio section saw us and came up. Greeted us with a hello and I immediately asked to see a manager, only to let them know how their employees are so they can fix the problem, not to get anyone in trouble. If the management doesn't know there is an issue it can't be resolved . I work in customer service too. Cody the manager came right up and expressed his deepest apologies and sat us promptly. He even changed a tv to the St Louis hockey game we wanted to watch. Josh was our server. He did a great job. The manager have us a free appetizer for the trouble, which we were not expecting. Read moreFirst time I been to B dubs in a long time, The food or should I say the wings were banging, our server Josh was great, made sure everything was just the way we wanted it. When it comes to wings I want them cooked for 15 minutes so they are hard fried, and when I say they were bussin you can believe they were bussin. The kids loved them also. The place wasn't packed there was no wait and Josh hooked us up. This kid is great at his job. They should give him a raise and try to keep him around. He really is an asset to the company. Great costumer service, Great food prepared in a timely manner and served piping hot. The family and I will definitely be returning when we have a taste for wings again and we hope the service is always as good as it was last night. Thank you Josh, We really appreciate the kindness and getting us in and out with the least amount of drama. Great job on the whole atmosphere and cleanliness of the place. We will be seeing you all again real soon. The next time you have a craving for wings you have got to go checc this place out. Ask for Josh, Tell him that Q sent you. I promise you won't be upset. The prices are great too. The whole family of five got full for less than 50 dollars. Can't beat that with a bat, and we still had some left to take home with us. Nothing goes to waste over here.
