I have been participating in the Florida Medical Marijuana users registration program for over 4 years now and have seen the Medical Marijuana industry evolve in a volatile manner with many changes, good and bad. I can find cannabis related product all overtown, at a price I am willing to pay, there are around 15 different branded Medical marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTC) in Pinellas County and probably 20 different actual dispensary locations within a 10 mile radius of my home here on the north tip of Lake Seminole. There are 4 different dispensaries on the corner of Ulmerton and Seminole, one on each corner and 6 more just down the street towards US 19. I enjoy great customer service, not good - great, because I shop for weed as much as I do groceries. Danielle and her staff make spending my money fun so I keep going back for the value and excellent customer service. I have choices and I choose Surterra for the best value on Medical marijuana...

Staff has always been friendly, helpful and professional, but today, Sunday, February 6, 2022 I had my first lugubrious visit and it was Lauren who lead the way to this disappointing experience. I could not believe that every question I had she would have a come back to me; which was to answer my question with a question. There was a young man at the front to check me in and he said he put in a message to his manager to answer my Q's but that never happened, a matter of fact Lauren said she was in some type of management capacity; I believe "team leader" so the young man and Lauren will probably disagree with me but I felt that I was not getting to the meat of the matter, particularly when Lauren would double talk me with questions to my questions.

We MMU clients come to your dispensary to seek supplies for our relief. I was in a rear-end car accident and my head (brain) was and is one of the injuries I have to live with from the accident along with major headaches and tinnitus 24/7/365. With my work, I cannot work on ladders any longer due to complications like vertigo, and I was besides my swimming pool just a few days ago and looking down at the depth of the pool I blacked out and the next thing I know I was regaining consciousness at the bottom of the pool. But if I seem irrational, I'm sorry, I was just trying to get some MMU supplies for relief and getting: "I don't understand what your saying" from Lauren. Again, I'm sorry, I'm just having a very rough time, but wish that Lauren and others for that matter would just take a moment and think about the possibility that their "MEDICAL" client is there because they are going through something, and don't treat the patient like they are stupid or trying to get away...

This means much to me to share my experience. It's hard for me to even leave my home with this insane incurable neurological disease, much less go into places, but I gave Surterra another chance yesterday, and Kevin changed all of my experiences to date for the better, there is hope! Kevin immediately greeted me at the door, it was service from beginning to end with Kevin. He was already answering my questions my concerns, while checking me in. Kevin then carried this amazing patience and compassion forward, this was clear, I was serious about believing there is a more natural path in finding a way back to health to life, Kevin took things as serious as I did. I'm not wanting or in this for a buzz, a high, I just need hope, I just need help. Medical marijuana is a process, but it's so hard financially & so much to learn, I've tried and tried, yesterday instead of just listening to me on how I've tried different things, Kevin was determined to begin a journey of changing the path I was on, to one of success, offering to work with me one on one even after yesterday, to write down a plan to go by to work together on in a smart way, to consider finances, to consider what I've already tried, to focus on where I found the positive experiences, and how we CAN find the right path. I can't tell you Surterra, enough of what Kevin's professionalism meant to me, I believe him, I believe in the products, it means the world to have this experience that I did, that there is a person like Kevin in this world ready to go the distance for no other reason that I felt, than to help me get back to my fighting, happier, hopeful self, I believe between Kevin & I, that we will find the help I believed was always out there in this area....
