Dunkin' — Restaurant in Largo

Largo Medical Center is where I work! I see Sophia, Lauren and Manny on a daily basis! These guys are the best - They know what I like and as soon as I come in the am they have my favorite drink (CUSTOM MADE FOR ME) ready at the counter. I had never received this kind of attention from a fast food establishment I love how they know everyone's name; this makes a huge difference in the quality of service. Sophia is definitely the one I have dealt with the most and she is my favorite - I am even getting a tattoo from an artist she recommended! but I will not leave the rest of the staff out! the whole staff is great. On Mondays (I hate Mondays) they are always smiling, with a great attitude and it makes my morning better - Good vibes all around. I am sure we would be great friends. The owner of this franchise should feel lucky - They've got the best people working at this location - good, consistent, customer service is what makes (or destroys) a franchise, and this one right here will go a long way. People should recognize them by name whenever posting a review!!! They need to know how special they are to everyone here. They keep us awake! and running. Fantastic customer service! The three times I have purchased coffee from here, I have been greeted with such kindness. Sue, who recently helped me with my order, went above and beyond to answer my questions about a certain drink. She was extremely pleasant, which was a breath of fresh air. I was having a hard time because my father-in-law was in the hospital and she truly was kind. The only thing I would recommend is having an option to tip when using your charge card. Honestly, this is the 1st time I have not seen that option at a coffee shop. Seeing I was unable to show my gratitude by tipping it was important for me to let you know how great she was. I tried to call this location but the number goes to a deaf interpreter. They were pretty busy this morning and I appreciate what they do. However my sandwich was burnt and the donuts were tossed upside down in a bag and all the icing was therefor on the bag and not the donuts. The girl who took my order seemed to rush me m, though I was waiting for a fee minutes before she took my order. When I went to the window she said not a word to me except for "here" to give my card back. When she brought me my food, she just dropped it to me and walked away without a word.
