I have been going to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning for 25 years. This particular one for 3 years. The young kids working are very friendly and accommodating. Today however there was a young man working the window I haven’t seen I order the same thing everyday and when I have my grandson I order a small ice oat milk with a pump of vanilla I NEVER have an issue they charge me after tax for the oatmilk $4.11 well today it was wrong I explained again to the young boy what I wanted he got I guess he was/is the manager. The older man came to the window so I repeated it again and he replies NO I say what do you mean No he says we can’t do that I reply I get it all the time he replies not here, what yes definitely here I come every morning he tells me he will have to refund me because he won’t let me BUY oat milk for my grandson. I am in the service industry and managed he was unfriendly as he is usually grumpy I wasn’t asking for the oat milk for free I was charged I asked him why he wouldn’t let me buy it he said because it is to expensive and they don’t do it.. 4 dollars wasn’t enough to charge for a small ice cup of oat milk probably around 10oz cup? His customer service needs some attention. If he is the manager he is supposed to be a role model for those kids. Needless to say i probably will not go back to that Dunkin’ Donuts. I have 3 close by. Good luck with this man...
Read moreI don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to today due to the extremely unprofessional behavior I experienced. To the owner: the young woman with pink hair and either black or green lipstick should not be working in customer service. Based on her attitude, it’s clear she either hates her job or has no regard for customers. I feel genuinely bad for anyone who has to interact with her first thing in the morning when all they want is a simple coffee or meal. While the man who took my order was polite, he got the order wrong. When I clarify that with her at the window where I pay there, the woman didn’t acknowledge me once—not a word—not even an apology. Instead, she spent the entire time cursing and complaining to a coworker in the back. Not to mention when she gave my card back her hand wasn’t even all the way out so I have to unbuckle my seatbelt to reach my card and the receipt back. I understand everyone can have a bad day. I run few businesses myself and know what it’s like to work in customer service. But I would never allow a member of my team to behave this way toward paying customers. If management cares at all about the customer experience or the reputation of their business, I hope they take this seriously and provide proper training—or reconsider who they put on the front line representing...
Read moreThe older gentlemen that comes over to help the guy at the window is rude and not helpful at all. Their app wasn't working and wouldn't allow me confirm my CVV code on my CC. I showed then that this was the case. And the older gentleman came over and said there's nothing we can do, looked at the guy and said "just bring up the next one." Like i wasnt even there. This was all over the Monday free coffee with purchase. They already made the coffee... but I left with nothing. He needs to learn how to treat the customers better and not send them away when their app is the thing that isn't working. This isn't the first time he has been rude to me. Last time, the app wasn't working and wouldn't let me add anything to my tea. I asked at the window and asked to upgrade my tea by adding coconut milk and that I would pay. I litterally held up cash. He said "no, we can't do that." I asked "even if I could pay you? What if you ring it up as a seperate order. He said "no." That time I didn't let him say no because I litterally had the money in my hand. This time I didn't have money (because of the app) so I left. But my customer service training says to give the coffee they are going to pour out anyways. (Unless they are going to drink...
