Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Largo

just proposed to my fiance today decided to get pizza with her and the kids kids really wanted Pizza so we picked this Little Caesars we were there for a total of 1 hour we ordered our food which took 20 minutes I was fine with the weights kids were having fun playing a little arcade machine they had. my honey and I were relaxing in each other's arms occasionally giving each other a kiss we're in love what do you expect there was no one else there except for the employees and the manager the manager said we are blocking the register so we moved sat down and waited enjoying our root beer then we went outside to the parking lot enjoyed are Pizza and cheesy bread and enjoyed our root beer in my truck for about 30 minutes then we stepped out to have our conversation about where we wanted to go next me and my honey we're kissing every now and then the manager did not like this he called the cops on us told the cop we were making out for 2 hours insides their building and in a parking lot the cop was just doing his job I have no hard feelings against the cop but the manager for making up a lie and blowing it out of proportion let alone stocking us watching our every movement that's creepy there's nothing wrong with making out with your loved one but it is breaking the law stalking somebody so if you're in love don't go to This Little Caesars apparently there anti kissing so me and my fiance and the rest of my family members and her family members will never go to This Little Caesars again since adding both our families together goes that's roughly about 50 customers and we all get pizza from there at least twice a month not happening anymore. Don’t order online from this or any other Little Caesars. They use DoorDash which means they handed over not just their delivery services, but their entire POS system. DoorDash controls it all - the online ordering process, fees, padding the prices, all customer facing contact, delivery control, food quality, and refunds. DoorDash has a terrible refund policy where they don’t give full refunds even if your items are missing, wrong, or of poor quality or if there is a billing problem. The restaurant locations literally have NO INCENTIVE to care about what goes (or doesn’t go) out the door because it is DoorDash’s policy to ASSUME that the customer is making it all up in order not have to pay for their order. They do not hold Little Caesars accountable in any way; it is always the customers fault. Their standard refund is not based on what you paid - it’s based on a PERCENTAGE of the base order excluding fees, tax, and tips. They “might” offer you 25% (regardless of whether it equals what you paid) in the form of DoorDash credits, not an actual refund. Or, through no apparent logic, they may decide you just don’t deserve a refund at all. The actual Little Ceasars locations are not held to any standards relating to quality control. You can’t even call them direct (the 800 number provided in your receipt goes to DoorDash). They can literally provide an empty bag to DoorDash, who will happily deliver it…and then when you have the nerve to complain their response is basically, “prove it”. My son has severe ADD ADHD autism and is still undiagnosed for whatever else is wrong with him. The shift leader Curtis was absolutely amazing with my son in ways I've never seen before by any professional or teacher and the service was absolutely outstanding my son has been traumatized all day long just trying to get some pizza and people have been making him throw full blown temper tantrums and Curtis was so amazing to us and I can't thank him enough I all I know is that he's a shift leader and his name is Curtis he does not know that I am writing this but that man deserves to own the store the way that he treated us I don't know if he could see the distress in our faces and our voices or if that's just the type of person he is but he was amazing and even handed the pizza to my 4-year-old son through the window and made him smile from ear to ear and I am just so happy and satisfied that was the best money I've ever spent on anything in the world because it made my child so happy! Thank you curtis! Words cannot explain we weren't even in the drive through for a full 4 minutes everything was ready to go and he made my child smile and laugh and giggle and we have not seen that from him in weeks! Once again thank you from the bottom of my heart!...
