My sick wife sent me to Panda for one of her favorite dishes. I pull up to the speaker and I have to wait a few minutes for them to take my order. No big deal! Then they take my order and I am told I need to park and they will bring out the cream cheese ragoons out to me. Five-seven minutes later, I am sitting there and decide to go inside for a refund. There was one couple eating inside and no one in the drive-thru. Only two other cars went through the drive-thru, while I waited. I go inside and nicely ask for a refund of the cream cheese ragoons. The young lady says "I can give you two ragoons (There are three in a pack)." I said "No. I just want a refund." She catches an attitude and calls the shift manager over, who then asks to see the food (which is in my car). Now I am trying to keep my son from crawling on the furniture and my running car is park in front of the building. These people are giving me a problem about giving me a $1.50 x 2= $3.00 ragoons. With that, I now understand why this place was empty at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night and so many other places are full. Now I did find that they filled one order of the ragoons (which the original cashier did not inform me of), but they basically denied me a refund of the $1.50 pack of three ragoons. With that, though my wife loves Panda Express, I will never again step foot in this Panda Express. There is a way to treat customers and I now see why this place is empty, unlike most Panda Expresses I see...
Read moreSo wihen the food is prepared fresh and the staff is trained properly, this is an enjoyable place to eat. But not this location. I have gone in a few times, but yesterday was the hump that broke the camels back. As I entered the restaurant a young woman with a mask on mumbled something. I assume she welcomed me. I said Good afternoon and walked over to the counter. I chose the big plate. I asked her a few questions about some of the entrees but she acted like I asked her for the recipe for their orange chicken. She let out a heavy sigh and hurriedly answered me. As I’m making my choices she is rushing me offering to put items on my plate just because I asked questions about it. I said I know you are in a rush but bare with me! After choosing my first item, the steak, I was told it would be an up charge and would that be ok. Well, she had already put it on my plate before telling me. So I also got orange chicken and the rice and some more chicken. Ok, so the customer service was bad… but let’s get to why I came. The food. Horrible! The rice was dry. The steak was decent but not worth the up charge! The orange chicken was so so.! Some bites were tender. Some were not! The shrimp was good. My recommendation for the largo store. Take the time to better prepare your food and don’t rush the customer! This Largo East Bay store has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever encountered at a...
Read moreHello to everyone that reads my posts. I recently went to the Panda Express on Eastbay drive in largo and I have to say the experience wasn't to bad but definitely could have been better like I got 2 large drinks and there was no ice in the drink machine so I had to wait for someone to free up to go get ice from the back. Also I got the bigger plate special and the server put my broccoli and beef in this Little cardboard box and all the juice spilled out all over the rest of the food , napkins dropped nos,etc that was also going n the bag, so if you end up getting the bigger plate special see if they can put that box in another small bag for ya cause it makes a greasy mess. But regardless of that I'm giving the place 5 stars the staff was curtious and I know the box spilling was not there intention plus the food is really great I just wish they stayed open a lil later on week days. The place was very clean, lots of parking and it's in a plaza with a cvs, McDonald's and a bunch of other stores Incase you need other things as well. Also on a side note the drive thru was packed but got cleared pretty quickly so that's always a plus, but for me there's so many choices of food to pick from I like to go inside so I can see it personally to make a better choice and I will definitely be going here again. I hope this post...
