A police report is required to get your food here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
I ordered food online and when I got to the subway, 2 employees were out front ignoring us, both seemed irritable and upset that they would have to work. I waited patiently for them to go behind the counter, when we told them we ordered online, one employee (Beverly) said we hadn't and we told her the name of the order to which she said she didnt have an order for. So we checked to make sure it was the correct store which it was. When we told her that she said someone grabbed it already.I provided our order number and asked if we could have a refund or have the food made but she said no. I explained that it was paid for and I should get a refund or my food, but she said she would not do it. So I asked if I needed to call the police because my order was paid for and I received nothing. She ignores me and so my brother tries to talk to her and she kept making rude comments and ignoring our concerns. I called the largo police non emergency number and waited for an officer to arrive. As we waited we watched through the window in our vehicle, they kept staring at us and pointing as they talked. When the officer arrived he spoke with us and then Beverly, she claimed that we were committing fraud and we had our friend pick up our order earlier. He requested the video from the camera and she called the franchise owner or manager. When he arrived much later, he got out of his car shirtless and put his shirt on in the parking lot before eyeing me down walking into the store. They got the video and the officer asked him to show me the video. It was a man I had never seen before. The manager tried to convince me and the officer that I knew this guy. If I had committed a felony to get free subs why would have called the police on myself? The manager told me I couldn't have a refund but I could have my subs made. Read moreWent in tonight (3-5-22) at about 8:30 to get 4 sandwiches. One of the girls working was so rude from the get go WE said hello to her and got no response. She was slamming bread trays getting our bread out. saying "next" with an attitude when she was starting to work on the next sandwich. We didn't promptly tell her what meat we wanted on the 4th sandwich when she asked and because It was being decided she said again with an attitude "I thought you said there was 4 sandwiches!" Her whole attitude and tone was nasty and rude her customer service sucked. We usually leave a good tip but absolutely not with that attitude. I hope she doesnt treat all the customer this way. This location shows it closes at 9:30 ok Google (if it doesn't close at the time it should be corrected) so if her attitude was because they were all cleaned up and we came in an hour before closing might wanna tell your employees not to clean up the food prep table so early because a whole hour before closing you could have many customers than what? she gonna be nasty to everyone? Read moreNice Subway located on West Bay in Largo. Plenty of seating and the restaurant appeared very clean. There was a problem with the computer there so systems were down for a few minutes but after 10 minutes we were able to order. We understand things happen ! All the Subway menus online showcase The Monster (A Cheesesteak sandwhich with crispy bacon and double Monterey Jack cheese) . We checked online before going there and the Monster was on their menu but after asking for that we were informed by the gentleman working the counter that they don't offer that samdwhich and he never heard of it. This has been a frequent occurrence at every Subway we have tried . Why list a meal with pictures but none of your restaurants serve it? Ok, rant over ! We ended up ordering 3 full size Cheesesteaks and an assortment of their cookies they had in their display case. The sandwiches were all very good and the cookies were delicious. I rated the service,food and atmosphere 5 stars but an overall 4 stars because of their online menu discrepancy. We live a few blocks from this Subway and plan on going there more often.
