Burger King — Restaurant in Las Cruces

Do not eat here ever, I normally don’t eat fast food but I was traveling long distance and it was the only thing open on my route so I decided to stop.

Last Nightaround 8:34 there were four employees working one female blond hair and three males with darker hair. Two out of the three handling the food didn’t have gloves on and the cashier hand gloves on but was touching money and food. I recorded them cause I knew something was off when I asked for fries fresh with no salt.

They told me to pull around to the front as there would be a wait I decided not to pull around because I knew something was off, and I literally watched them scrape fries off of a tray with his bare hands and put them into a bag and I watch the other one grab the patties and the pickles with his bare hands and then they tried to block me so I couldn’t see what they were doing so I just pulled my car up a little bit more and watched. the fact that I watch them do it all that I recorded all of it I wanted to see what they were gonna do and they still knowing that I knew knowing that I was watching decided to hand me my food and I will be reporting them to the food inspector because if they can do it to me they are probably comfortable doing it to everybody and that is such a health code violation. This place needs to be shut down.

I also reported it to the department of food and health for New Mexico and have contacted corporate. Absolutely...

I went on my lunch break, Adked for a double bacon cheeseburger, iced tea and fries...once I drove out the drive thru .... I parked by the sheriffs office parking ..... well they only got me a cheese burger

I was tired, hungry and now how to head out to go ask for my burger.... I explained to Citaly(aperantly she was the manager from the restaurant) what had happened..... I told her I was on my break and tire And had to drive back because they did not my order right.... Citaly said challantly that she knew that we All make mistakes..... I said.... oh yeah let me speak to your supervisor.... she said she was the manager I said, there’s got to be someone above you... So she got me the Yolanda Cano General Manager’s business card... called left a message and have not received a phone call yet.... Very unprofessional and careless food servers and manager.... will not visit this place anymore... I should have gotten to...

Food was hot and very good. Trish is amazing; she is a fantastic sense of humor, is patient, has great camaraderie with the other people working in this area, and made my visit fun and feeling as safe as possible. The establishment itself is kept very clean as is the common area shared with two other restaurants. This is located inside a TA, which, during the weekend we stayed here, was also clean and staffed entirely by amazing and friendly people. Food we got over the weekend was all freshly made and hot and very delicious. According to the weather channel, Covid rates in this area are very low, this was a rare weekend where I felt somewhat comfortable eating out; Trish is part of the reason we ended up ordering takeout in this facility at all, and also again through the weekend.
