Employee with curly black hair was rude from the time we walked in the door with her facial expressions in her overly Stern approach. For absolutely no reason, there was not the first customer in there. We were the only ones I tried to take my purse She let me know I couldn't because her safety. Because of her rude attitude, I told my husband immediately that I wanted to leave and not spend the first dollar in this establishment. He went ahead, gave her the benefit of the doubt and bought several products. She never gave us a receipt. My husband and I went into the arcade, the same employee. Was stalking us cause, apparently, she had nothing else better to do with her time. when my husband went out of the room. When we first got there, she was standing right there in the hallway, watching him. The whole time we were in there, we kept seeing feet standing at our door. Obviously it was her because After about $30 worth of arcade. she yelled at us through the door you have to put more money in extremely rudely and highly aggressive as my husband was trying to put more money in, but the machine wasn't accepting the cash that she gave us. Then I let her know that we know that and that's what we're doing, but it's not working. She informed me to try another bill, I let her know that that's exactly what he's doing at this very moment. We were gonna buy several more products before we left. Because of her overly rude demeanor we will never step foot in this establishment ever again. Just tried to go in real quick but before that I was in the car for about 8 mins when one of the workers came up to my door with a raised voiced questioning me like she had power of a police officer on what I am doing when I was about to go in and I get it’s a adult store and the contents within the store and when we tried to explain why I and my other partner was in the car for that short period we were denied entry and they immediately started acting like a victim. Stating we were arguing with them and then the other worker with classes and acne cut me off and stuck her hand out in front of me saying we weren’t allowed in because of the 8 mins being in the car again I get it’s a adult store but denying customers from being able to purchase something from the store isn’t okay and mind you the attitude and rudeness we experience wasn’t right wish this place had a more welcoming environment and...

I enjoy coming to this location. Excellent staff! However, I would given the location 5 stars if it wasn't for the musical selections being played and booths need a slight upgrade. The music being played should motivate me to want to purchase sex items in the store. The music should be eccentric and upbeat. Pharrell's "Happy" is not something I expected to hear in that in an adult store. You have a great selection of movies in for the booths. However, a lot of the buttons get stuck or don't work. Also some of the scenes take too long to start perhaps getting the fast forward or skip buttons. Overall...
