Country Pride — Restaurant in Las Cruces

So we arrived in las cruces pretty late on a weekday. In order to get something to eat and rest we picked this one because it was close. At 1st we thought, oh dear what is that smell?. Turns out it's nothing the restaurant can do anything about. We walked in, and the restaurant was very clean but empty of guests. This is usually a bad thing. But, it was actually a very good place to eat. The salad was amazingly fresh and well appointed. Everything was full and fresh. The soup bar looked ok we didn't get any because we ordered bug meals. Service was amazing, food hot (even after sitting on the table for at least 10 minutes it was still very hot). And just the right amount. With no hope of good fish in a land locked state we got a surprise and the fish was excellent. Just goes to show it depends on who is cooking it (nice job by the way). So, since we come to cruces a lot we plan to visit again. Thank you very much for a hot and tasty...

I've been to this location twice. FIrst time was on 9/29/18 and yesterday 12/15/18. This is one of the few select restaurants my wife and I like going to. Being we live in Alamogordo and kinda initially drove an hour down to here for food means something. Our last service was great and this one was amazing. The waitresses both times were kind, gentle and caring if our food was good. I would have given this a 5-star rate if it had been a Country buffet as we originally thought. But still even so, highly recommend this place to eat and if you can, get the Jalapeno burger or the Mac n Cheese bacon one (if you dont mind...

First time of many more I hope 😊👌🔥👏 Great food to reasonable prices (worth every penny) Approachable helpful people , kind and they went out of their way to explain , help, suggest since it was the first time there. My daughter's spilled some milk and they didn't hassite to help us clean up. Salad bar it's great from fresh veggies salad to cold soup salad and warm soups like my current favorite green chilli 👌🔥😍 .
