Baked Chicken Farm Dispensary — Local services in Las Cruces

I visited Baked Chicken Farm Dispensary recently and was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. The customer service felt rushed, and I didn’t get much help in choosing the right product, the budtender seemed distracted. There were no Friday specials, and the stations to view or scoop flower weren’t working properly, which made browsing difficult. Also, the shop had a strong mix of sewer and cleaning product smells (like Fabuloso), which made the visit uncomfortable. Hoping they can improve the atmosphere and service, because the place has potential.

I appreciate the gesture, but my concern still stands, if a manager has to step in for basic service to go smoothly, that points to a deeper issue with how the location is run. Staff were super sketchy. The woman associate, especially seemed to be disrespectful. She interacted with me differently because her manager was in the room but overall her tone was not appreciated. I personally would not feel comfortable being in a room with her. Occurred on February 12th, 2025. It’s unfortunate the manager made this space unsafe. I suppose past experiences with abusive service workers has made me more sensitive, but the abuse was present at this store.

Interactions like this, only encourage me to refuse serving this region. One day, I will be able to move and will expose these common occurrences on a larger scale. Service workers in these areas are entirely unreliable, pervasive, and off putting. I have many skills, and talents and will further refuse to allow my content and services to be dispersed to this region. Imagine what will happen if you keep neglecting...

My husband and I decided to try a new dispensary today so we went here. We were never greeted when we got in. We had to find the employee to give him our IDs. We had to navigate those kiosks on our own. When another customer came in, he was older and was greeted the same way. Two younger guys came in and they were greeted immediately and with a smile. I didn't even know this guy could smile. Needless to say, with all the dispensaries and grows available, I would not waste your time here. I have never been annoyed, nor have I ever just walked out of a dispensary. Today was the exception.
