So usually I would have nothing but good things to say about this place, but all it took was for the overnight shift to ruin my whole experience with this location. So it was a bit later than usual and I decided to go and grab a quick bite for my family and I. I had ordered 3 cheeseburger kid meals and 2 of the #8s [green Chile cheese burger with bacon, curly fries, and drinks] so I pay $34 and some change for my order, when I get home, I realize that I was given kids cheese burgers in place of the green Chile bacon cheeseburgers. I can't even make this up!! I checked my kids stuff thinking maybe they made a mistake but nope!! All of the burgers were the same kids cheeseburgers. Then I called to speak with someone and I was told to go back with my receipt so I can get refunded. Well for the #8s the total was about $ 14 and I was told they could only give me $9 and some change...this is with me showing my receipt! Then the lady had the nerve to ask what I expected!?! Ummm maybe for people to be honest and give me what I paid for!! I swear I can only imagine how many people they have done this to and got away with it if they were just so comfortable to do it to me. 😡 Then they claimed that the burger I got was the actual size of the burger I ordered!! No I have ordered that same burger before and it was definitely bigger than what I got!! If they change how they portion their food, then I believe that the menu should reflect REAL pictures of what the food looks like so we know what we are really paying for...idk to me it's false advertisement 🤷 but...
Read moreThis is the worst experience I’ve had here! I went today 12/15/21 and I ordered two meals, which was a burger and the chicken tenders 6pc. Meal, to my surprise once I get home, there’s two full pieces of chicken tenders and the rest look like popcorn chicken, and they were all dry and just did not look good to eat, so I go back with my receipt and I explained to the gentleman who helped me first what happened, the girl that helped me the first time was there too, then they called a “manager” and she was the rudest person. I explained to her what happened and she closed the drive thru window before I could say anything else, I was hoping I would just get my meal replaced but I just asked for my money instead. When she comes back to the window with my money she just shoved it in my hand and said “here” and I asked her what her name was, and she told me her name and closed the window and walked away.

Read moreThis used to be one of my favorite locations, but recently it has gone downhill. Today's experience was the nail in the coffin for me.
I got up to the window and they told me I needed to pull forward. Not the first time and I figured since I ordered a Cluck it was the chicken needing cooked. Well, we waited outside 10 to 15 minutes before an employee comes and asks what we were waiting for. Okay, benefit of the doubt. They were a little busy behind me, so maybe the ticket got lost.
What food they bring out is cold. The fries have no warmth. This bag was obviously sitting somewhere not under a heat lamp. And this is not the first time I've had to wait to get cold food. And the price isn't worth the experience. I was contemplating going inside, but I had things in the car, and I needed to take them home. Instead of waiting another 10-15 minutes for them to remake it, I just left, and decided they weren't going to get another cent for a while. They not only wasted my money, but they wasted my time.
