Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Las Cruces

Whoever is running this location is doing a superb job.

I walked in and noticed the cashier (blue shirt with colored hair) tending to a few customers… he still had time to greet and acknowledge me! Good job young man.. it’s really that easy.

A few minutes later, I noticed that same young worker sweeping up the dining room. You can tell he puts customers first because he put the broom down right away to greet the new customer walking in.

I also noticed another worker wiping down an area he was just eating at. (Red shirt on the left in video) He was off for the night because I over heard him saying his farewells to his co workers. And he still made time to make his workplace clean.

My point is, no one asked these 2 young workers to sweep the floor or wipe down the tables. They just did it on their own!! Are kidding me? I know it’s not a big deal, but it just tells me that they are happy and prideful to work here. The management here must be taking care of them.

My iced tea tasted fresh, you can hear the chicken sizzling in the background, you can hear the kitchen guys acknowledging the cashier, the ambiance is well lit. The cherry on the top for me was the positive attitudes of the workers.

Keep it up guys… always maintain that awesome attitude, whether you have bad days or not! It will pay off for the rest...

The chicken fingers and French fries are always hot and crispy. The chicken fingers, especially the breading is rather bland and tastes like flour that needs to be seasoned but they're still good. The chicken fingers only come in white meat which is the breast. Their Cane's sauce isn't good at all in my opinion. Honey mustard or even Ketchup would taste a lot better than their Cane's sauce. The coleslaw is very good. Their coleslaw tastes fresh. There aren't really any selections on the menu other than the sizes of the chicken fingers or maybe a chicken sandwich combo meal made from three chicken fingers. The lemonade is cold and refreshing and it tastes fresh and like it is homemade. The prices are a bit high in my opinion considering it's $8.00 for a four piece meal, although I do enjoy eating the chicken fingers, fries and coleslaw and drinking a cold lemonade occasionally. I'll continue coming here. I've had errors in my orders and even I've called them, they've taken down my name and replaced my order on my next visit...

I love this place. I would be more then happy to change my review rating, but my most recent experience left me disappointed, I work graveyards so when I saw they were open till 2 on my way into work I pulled in, I was told there would be a full wait and that was fine with me I had time to get to work. Then they said nevermind the full wait here you go. They handed me the meal I drove off and when I got to work my caniac combo was 4 of the smallest chicken fingers I had ever gotten from canes so not only was I shorted 2 fingers it's like I got the rejects. Add that the fries were old and stale and I get to start my work night frustrated and hungry 🙃....

Edit: I was contact by the manager and they apologized for the terrible 1 off, offered me a free caniac combo the next time I came. Today I went to get that combo there was no hassle or waiting for the manager to go through a backlog to confirm. I was given a perfect caniac combo and I'm very satisfied with the quick response and resolution...
