Bobablastic — Restaurant in Las Vegas

1st place I've ever eaten before with a B grade thats hidden behind the boba lid machine.. Never again.. now I know why they have a B. I ordered Thai tea boba slush with cheesy pretzels.. as an experienced food manager I noticed a few red flags. The guy behind the counter is not dressed appropriately to serve food (no gloves or apron), did not wash hands in between ringing people up, making the food, and serving the food. When I finally got my order, the cheesy pretzels were not what I expected. They served me the Gold Brand pretzle (chips) with cheese. Upon taking my 1st bite they tasted stale! I let my friend taste them and she said they were stale too. I told the guy behind the counter to check the expiration date on the bag of pretzels. They were expired... smh. The worst part about it was that we watched him look at the bag while he was making my food. Will never eat here again. No wonder they got a Bgrade just a few days ago...
