I recently did a review on the Wendy's location here in town. And I stated some fast food locations are better than others. That is definitely this Burger King's downfall. There are a couple of Burger Kings in this town that are great. The ones that are great usually are consistently really really good. This location the service is excellent. My food's always correct, they aren't stingy with the condiments. It's usually not a very long wait unless they are very busy, which is rare because the food sucks. This is one of those locations that the food is just consistently terrible. I have giving it a second chance at least 10 times because I live right near it. Every single time I go there the hamburgers are dry, the french fries are cold. Usually the french fries look like their bottom of the barrel and have been sitting in the warmer all day. A couple of times I've eaten there they were disgusting because the oil needed to be changed badly in the fryer. If you've ever been sitting there craving a certain place to eat, and then you go get the food and you are disappointed... That is how this location is every single time I've eaten there. I recently moved and there's a Burger King not too far for my new place. It was the second place I tried actually. It was refreshing to know if there was a Burger King in this town that didn't suck. So my apologies to whoever owns this location on Charleston. I strongly suggest you fire every single person, at least the people in charge. You can't really put the quality of the food on all the lower-level employees. Ultimately it is the manager's fault. It makes me wonder if the management even eats the food there. If they had lunch there one time they would know there is a problem. So come on Burger King step up your game...

However, I did a mobile order last night after being at the hospital with family for over 12 hours. The order was placed at 11:26pm. I know they close at midnight but I thought I was safe doing the order 40 mins prior. As I pull up to get the order, I was met with a “we are all out of meat” I paid $50 for this order. The person at the window had nothing else to say except “customer service” when I tried to call this morning the person who answered the phone was polite enough, but when I asked to speak with the manager, a new person got on the phone and wasn’t even sure if she was the manager. When I asked her”are you the manager for this morning?” Her LITERAL response was, “uuuuuh” and then she hung up on me!! So I tried calling back. Met with a hang up 15 times!! Like WHAT?! Y’all Stole $50 from me and can’t even answer my phone call about it!!! So DO NOT waste your time with these people who obviously do not want to work. I know full well that guy last night more than likely turned off his grills EARLY, and just wanted to go home. Which ok whatever fine. Cancel the order then and refund MY money. But instead my order says it was “picked up at 2:23AM” which is so weird because they close at midnight. Hahahaha yall funny!! I will be telling anyone and everyone who will listen. BURGER KING IS STEALING MONEY AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT. I also tried calling the “customer service” and was hung up on as the call was answered. I used to stand up for Burger King and always said it was good food and good customer service. After tonight I will never think that at all! All the things they used to tell me about it really showed, the rude lady working 1/30/18 at night 11pm was EXTREMELY over the top RUDE. She was REALLY bothered that I asked not to put a particular condiment on the dang Burger! I mean, common! You work there! Why treat people wrong!
She was just so unprofessional and very hood! I could tell she is uneducated and has no manners! I wasn’t asking for free food for her to act like I was asking for a favor! For people like this is that others get profiled! And people think they are all the same! This was just outrageous and very unacceptable! And the worse part is that they think is okay to act the way they do! Just because they work “there”. Management in this Burger King should care a little more about their customers! This people are RUDE! CARELESS! If I would have gotten something from there, I’m pretty sure they would have spit on the food! That’s how bad it was!
Sad to say because I used to love Burger King but, not anymore! I will not be going back there, and be aware!!! Not the most friendly people!
