Farmer Boys — Restaurant in Las Vegas

The FIRST THING I SAW Walking in the "Restaurant" was the Trash Bins Right By the Door, Baskets of Trash, Old Food, Pilled High Falling Over but Not Being Put Into the Cans! We were trying to decide what to Eat, but the Main Reason I wanted to go there was for Clam Chowder, that They Were Out Of! While Trying to Decipher Their Menu, What Side Comes with What Item, Were Now in front of a Young Male, Who was VERY OBVIOUSLY CONFUSED About How to Give the Correct Type Of Change Back to the Customer Ahead of Us! He Kept looking Back At the Change Drawer, looking Confused About How to Give Correct Change to the Customers! His Mask Was Not Worn On His Face, It Was Hanging Off His Chin & The Open Kitchen Was Very Loud, that I Twice, Asked Him What Side Came with the Fish & Was Finally Informed it Was Not Clam Chowder, but they Were Out of it Anyway! So I Asked What the Chicken Sandwiches had,on them, He Was Not Sure & Still Had No Proper Mask! We finally Ordered, my Husband a Cheeseburger Combo., I decided to get a Grilled Chicken, Onion Rings, Water. When He Repeated Our Order back to Us, he Said the Chicken Club, Which was Wrong, So I Corrected Him, We paid & sat down! When Our Order Came, my 1st Bite of My Onion Rings Were COLD W/ VERY THICK ONIONS & A Very Light Breading! My "Grilled Chicken" Was A "Deep Fried" Style, #3 Pickles & A Lot of Mayo.! My Husband took #1 Bite of His Burger & It ALSO Was Ice COLD! I Noticed Other Customers having Issues too, But We asked the Same Male, Now bringing Food to Tables, Still NO Proper Mask, to get the Mgr. We knew it Wasn't His Job to Fix what Was Wrong! So After at Least Another #10 Mins. the Mgr. Finally Came Over, Her Hands on Her Hips Attitude, Like I Caused The Bad Food! I Explained that The Food Was, Cold, Wrong Type, No Mask Problem! She Stood & Just Stared at Us, So I just Gave Her Our Receipt, & Asked for a Refund! Several Mins. Later & A Non Sincere I'm Sorry, We took Our Refund & Left! We Won't Be Back & Anyone Who Enjoys Farmer Bros. Should Go To A Different Location Properly Run, Clean & With Properly Trained Staff & Management Who Care About The...

This is the last time I go to this establishment. I ordered a burger and zucchini it came out to😩😬 $13.09 no drink. When I arrived the restaurant looked closed and that should've been a warning sign, all the lights where turned off at the parking and inside the lobby but the open sign was still lit. My order was taken quickly on the drive thru by the cashier. There was no other cars ahead of me. I paid and waited less than 5 minutes for my food, that makes me believe the burger patties were PRE COOKED. My farmers burger should be called a SLOPPY BURGER there was way too much dressing on my burger that it soaked through the bottom bum, the lettuce was brown and old, the tomatoes were also old and bad tasting, the Bacon my favorite part of the burger was cold and chewy like rubber not crispy, the meat Patties Were COLD as well. The zucchini in the other hand was pipping hot and good which was contrast of my burger. I didn't have the guts to finish my burger because it was horrible and worst it was cold. Side note I don't live far from this place so the distance to my home is not a contributing factor to the burger being cold. The burger buns were cold as well. I will be reporting this establishment to the health department because of them serving hot foods cold and quite possibly contaminated. Where the HELL IS YOUR PRIDE Farmer Children? You brag about using farm frash ingredients and charge a premium but you don't deliver, even McDonald's serves hotter fresh...

It's not often that I have two miserable experiences in a row that I review, but this was definitely not great. No one was in the restaurant when I arrived, and I had to wait for someone to approach the register to even greet me about 30 seconds later. I asked if they had any meat substitutes, but they still only have their plain, bland veggie burger. I ordered a breakfast plate instead and just asked if they could substitute the bacon for something else. She said that they could do hash browns, and I agreed to that.

I sat down after getting my drink and began waiting for my food. I assumed, being the only customer in the establishment, that this would be quick. I was wrong. After about 15 minutes, my food was delivered and it looked okay. The eggs looked like a very small portion, but no matter. I tasted the eggs, they were cold. The hash browns were cold too and then I tried the cinnamon French toast. It was cold and undercooked. It had that doughy taste of an undercooked bread. I thought, how can all three be cold??? Usually, if a cook forgets something, the other food will be cold, but at least something will be hot. How did everything get delivered cold?? I hadn't gone here for quite some time, not because I don't like Farmer Boys, simply because my choices are so limited as a vegetarian. I understand now why you could have shot a canon through the place at 5 p.m. and not have hit anyone. It used to be...
