I had a really terrible experience with an employee named MONICA. It was New Year's Eve and me and my family had been working all day and just wanted something fast and simple so we came here. We decided to walk, and when we got here around 8pm, MONICA told us she was no longer accepting indoor orders because it was "busy" - busy being about two cars in the drive-thru and no one else around. And even though I saw her accepting another customer's order inside ten minutes later, she had me, my brother, and our 60 YEAR OLD MOTHER walk back home and bring a car for the drive thru.
Once we did, we gave our order, which was two of the $5 all star boxes (#4) and two western bacon cheeseburgers. I had ordered the box once before and it came back missing items, so I knew there would probably be a problem ordering two. There should have been 6 sandwiches/burgers altogether and sure enough, a chicken sandwich was missing. It wasn't a big deal, and when I walked in and told MONICA about it, I didn't have an attitude or anything. She, on the other hand, had been acting like it was me and my family's fault that she was working NYE all night and, as condescendingly as possible, told me to go back and recount the sandwiches as if I'm so stupid I can't count to 6.
Instead of argue, I did as she said and went back to recount. Still only 5 sandwiches. So I went back in and took all of the sandwiches with me for good measure. That's when things got really out of hand. She began to blatantly imply I was lying and trying to scam her, as if I would go through all of this trouble over to get an extra dollar chicken sandwich. I told her she can check my car if she wants. It became a full blown shouting match before she finally relented and agreed to give me the rest of my meal. It was finally done 10 minutes later (her and the fry cook really took their time) and by then the rest of my food was cold.
I sympathize with having to work NYE, after all, we had to. But that's no excuse for the amount of rudeness we put up with. This was bar none the worst fast food experience...

I went into my neighborhood Carl's Jr. To take advantage of their two chicken sandwiches for $6 on wheat buns. I arrive there at 702 p.m. A young man named Ty Queen took my order at 7:09 p.m. at 7:18 the lady in the back who was serving as cook manager put out my first sandwich. About this time a young lady came in the back and had a disagreement with the gentleman waiting on me because she wasn't there when they got to rush. The manager and asked where she was. He said she was smoking a cigarette by the back door. By 7:22 p.m. my first sandwich was still sitting out on the warming area and I asked the young lady who had just returned from her break to please ask for me to fix another sandwich so I can get both my sandwiches warm at the same time. She refused. She said my first sandwich was still warm. Then she asked the lady in the back who is the manager slash cook if she would make another barbecue chicken sandwich. The lady says I've already made one. She said I need another one. By this time it's 725 and I've been in there 23 minutes and ask for my money back. 4 minutes later the lady came out back to speak with me and decided she would give my money back and instead of giving me $7.57 which is what I was charged she insisted I was only do $6.45. I asked her to please look at the receipt. After looking at the receipt she gave me back the proper amount of money. I asked for her name. She said get it from the website. There's no way this lady should be in a customer service job much less of position of authority. I asked for a copy of my receipt. She told me I did not get a copy. Something Fishy going on here. My guess is she didn't want to give me her name because she does not have proper documentation. Tomorrow I will follow up with the store manager and the appropriate Federal authorities...

A guy was taking order. He was rushing us and we order the breakfast combos and wasn’t done ordering yet he goes on to give us our total. My husband said sorry but we’re not done ordering yet. He said oh my god! I said excuse me? He started mumbling things and my husband said we will come inside and talk to you and his response was please do. So we walk up to the door and it was locked. He came out to deliver some food to another customer and we asked him why was he so rude to us when we were just simply ordering breakfast. He said well I’m just trying to do my job and I’m the only one here and blah blah. I said you didn’t have to be rude and make those smart comments. Not sure if he didn’t expect us to walk up to him our what. We asked for a manager and he said no manger I’m by myself. We asked for his name and he said Daniel.
