The Eye Doc — Local services in Las Vegas

Never wasting money at this place again. The only good thing they have is the eye doctor and the attitude of the desk ladies. The glasses I received were scratched and they almost didn’t want to do anything about it. Also they don’t even fit my face. Kept getting adjustments and they just fall off. The manager lady is a total b if you’re not buying anything because I’m sure they work off commission. My husband and I spent almost $1k all together with contacts and glasses to be unsatisfied with their products. When I asked if there was some sort of exchange or return of the glasses that don’t fit me, they said no. At the end the manager lady, didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Also, some of these reviews must be their own staff. Again, go for the exam because the eye doctor is great but don’t buy any of their products. They’re the worst place in my lifetime of going...

I had such a great experience during my recent visit to the eye doctor, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Prisila for her outstanding customer service! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and at ease. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care really stood out.

The experience was okay overall, but the staff seemed unprofessional. They were mostly talking and gossiping instead of helping patients. The only person who actually did her job was the doctor. She seemed a bit upset or annoyed, but she completed my eye exam professionally.

After my exam, the doctor handed my paperwork to the staff, but none of them did anything with it. There were three people still there, and about six when I first arrived, yet no one helped me or even seemed to care. I eventually just left because no one offered any assistance until I was already walking out.
