Thai Taste — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I got delivery from the restaurant named "Thai Taste" I was looking online for a Chinese place in that's what I found and it said it had great reviews but that was not the case it actually is a very very bad place the food is so bad it's ridiculous they fed up our order I got steamed rice instead of fried rice and the egg drop soup was so sick it was barely edible and it made me super sick to my stomach after I ate it, it wasn't cooked right and I order teriyaki chicken I didn't get teriyaki chicken I only got maybe three pieces of chicken and they weren't cooked all the way through and they had Graceling parts of pork and beef mixed in with it so it ruined it and it said we're supposed to get egg rolls but we got these tiny little spring rolls. So we called and we got a lady on the phone and I was telling her how we did not order steamed rice we ordered fried rice and on the phone she kept saying no no its fried rice and I told her I'm looking right at it it is steamed rice and she kept saying no its fried rice you're lying I know its fried rice I'm the one who put it there I made the rights and I told her there's 3 people in this in this house they can tell you this is steamed rice so I have my mom my fiance and me telling her it was steam but she still continue to call me a liar over the phone and I told her I wanted fried rice. She told me she refuses to give me fried rice because what we had was fried rice and she still called me a liar again I kept telling her over and over again I want my order fixed and she kept saying no you're lying I cooked it I know what's in it I know what it is and you're lying and you know I was thinking is it the customer always right but she was acting like you know she was right and I was just the dirty liar she even called my fiance liar so I don't want my money back she would not give me my money she would replace the order she kept calling us liars and saying order was right when the whole order was fed up to begin with and she just continue being a bh over the phone so I ended up saying I want to talk to your manager she hung up on me I called her back she said the order was right I'm not giving you new order I'm not giving you your money and she wouldn't refund it should fix it she wouldn't even let me talk to the manager and she hung up again now I'm just going to leave a bad review because I have no other choice because I couldn't get my money back nor talk to the manager and my entire order was messed up so I was out $30 she wouldn't give me my money back for fed up order now that's $30 gone down the drain. Came in on Sat 8/31/25 at around 3 pm wasn't that busy when we came in. Afterwards they started getting busy with alot of take out orders and more people dining in. Clean restaurant and chill atmosphere. As soon as we came in we were seated in one of their booth seats. I had my 1.5 year old baby with me and they were very friendly and warm with their service. I first ordered the chicken satay & jumbo grilled squid to start off our meal. Chicken satay came out first and it was delicious with the peanut sauce and cucumber salad on the side. Definitely worth the price compared to many Thai restaurants around the area. The order comes with 6 juicy Chicken satays. Then comes out our jumbo squid. It came with so much and you can taste the char from the grill. Mmm so delicious with their side sauce of spicy Thai sauce. For me and my wife's entrees we got chicken pad thai for her and I got beef yellow curry for myself. The pad Thai tasted delicious and came with so much. Same goes for my yellow curry!! Hands down my most favorite thai restaurant in town! My boyfriend and I have driven around for years just trying to find new little hidden places to check out and even since we've found this little place, it's legit the only restaurant we get Thai food from now. I LOVE their Chow Mein and I order it even single time we go, and my boyfriend loves the Pad See Ew just as much. The staff is always so kind and accommodating, they always double check the order with us and ask if we even need anything extra. I even recently messed up an order by accidentally ordering a different item then what I normally do, and the staff was still so kind and sweet to help make me the correct order even though it was a mistake on my end. I recommend this place to all my friends and whenever we have a movie night watch party at our friend's house, we always love to bulk order from here for the party as well!
