Never have Ive been so displeased with services in my whole entire life. I ordered a valentines heart quesadilla and a queso birria heart tray. Unfortunately My car had went down the day before. I didn't have my receipt at the time to call and make them aware of my current situation. I was not able to come get the food I had ordered due to no transportation. Carnitas Don Claudio claims they called me but i never received any calls from them. I was actually waiting. I didnt have the number to reach out to them and when I finally got the number to reach them, it would rang busy like it was disconnected. Food was AMAZING, the first time we went there. Services was very poor trying to get someone to understand that WE WOULD ACCEPT the food. No refund was necessary. If they could just remake the food that I had paid over $50 plus taxes for. Something has to give. Money should have been refunded immediately with no hesitation. customers are always right. I just am deeply sadden by this incident now we wont support this business anymore due to lack of effort and response. I refuse to spend money before hand anymore. lesson learned. Poor quality and customer...
Read moreMy wife and I went here for takeout on a Sunday afternoon. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We ordered two quesabirria tacos, two carnitas tacos, two asada tacos, one pastor taco, and two large horchatas. Our order took around 20 minutes to complete and they called us when the order was ready.
The food was top-notch; so top-notch, in fact, I didn't take any pictures because I was too busy eating! (Sorry, not sorry.) The tortillas had great flavor and texture, the pickled onions (don't worry, they're not too sharp they're actually a little bit milder than raw onions) had great crunch and sweet flavor, and the (mild) salsa was delicious!
The pastor meat had great color and flavor, the carnitas was super luxuriously tender, and the queso birria tacos with consommé were cheesy and juicy with a nice crispy shell. If I have one complaint, it is that the asada tacos were a little bit dry and chewy. But wash it down with their beautifully sweet horchata and you won't even notice!
TL;DR Nice clean restaurant with excellent overall food and great...
Read moreLocated in the northern part of Las Vegas, in a shopping strip, decided to try this place due to a TickTock video that my fiancé saw. We have always wanted to try the birria tacos and we thought why not! You can smell all the flavors upon walking in the restaurant. So chips and salsa came with the meal we had to order the rice and beans on the side because they did not have a combo to accommodate but it was worth the extra bucks . The rice was amazing I’ve never had Mexican rice with potatoes in it which was stimulating to my taste buds and the beans were very authentic you can tell they put a lot of love into their cooking. But the taco on the other hand was super greasy and disclaimer: (if you think the sauce is a flavorful dipping sauce you are wrong it is all fat complete pork belly grease so I would say stay away from the grease because it was already greasy) the taste was there I expected a little bit more. But that’s just me with my higher expectations overall I will definitely give it a three out of five only because the tacos are...
