Burger King — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Horrible bk. I'd go anywhere else if you possibly can.

I placed a mobile order for pickup on my lunch break to take home, and when I got to the store (before the sun even went down) the manager had let 2 Hispanic women into the store and dramatically locked it right in front of me. When I pointed to my phone and said I had a mobile order I already made, he just walked away. When the 2 ladies walked out (there was also other people in the lobby) I walked in to collect my order and the manager kicked me out saying he said he'd get my order for me, but he never said that. Never asked my name, just walked away and started doing drive through orders while I was outside. I made a joke about maybe his other window would break as he was kicking me out and he refused service. Came crying to me about how he only has 2 people working and has to close the lobby, but was being racist and letting Hispanics in (even as I was driving away he let a Hispanic man in) and turning away anyone else.

Management's bad attitude, is probably why there was only 2 people. I wasn't even going to eat in the lobby, I just didn't want to be standing outside for 20 minutes while most likely still never getting my food, and he acted like it was the biggest crime.

Even worse is that I see the manager around the neighborhood very frequently, even at my own job (which isn't where he assumed it is) so he will get the same energy every time I see him, since he has no problem being a racist prick, and apparently bk has no problem employing someone with those values. 🤷‍♀️

Also hmu on here if I need to pay to repair a chip in the window...

I feel like the service could be way way drastically improved I mean your job is just to greet take an order found out the food it's that simple and you can't even smile or you know give direct eye contact. My order was incorrect when I went back to have it corrected the girl looked at me like you said you wanted this but I looked at her like no I said I wanted no cheese please. The other thing was that they kept leaving a bucket of cream supplies like hand sanitizer and bleach Degreaser I'm not sure what was in the bucket but I was in the playground area with my kids and I kept coming across the mysterious bucket so I turn it in and explain to them hey you know I brought it over here because it's in the kids area and I would hate for my kids to get into it. The manager just took it for my hands and walked away not even 15 minutes later I realized that the bucket was back at the exact same spot abandoned once again by the state employees who kept forgetting to continue her cleaning tasks she and her manager or way too busy flirting with other customers to realize that that's an...

The food was alright ...i order before but in a different location the crispy spicy chicken and is really good but here in this location was kind of awful but more more dislike is how long take from this guys got ur Order is just unbelievable first i was in DT. And the guy who was taking ur order take more than 7 minutes or more for each car so i decided to go inside and the history was the same i went there at 4:05 pm and i get out at 4:34 pm i completely forgot take pictures of the time and show to you guys, i think the store manager was in break because was only two person's taking orders and they where complain every second with another crew that this doesn't have 🍟 at that moment i can keep going and going describe what horrible experience but i just want to let u know never come back at this location.
