Placed an order 2 days ago. Food was fine. The next day once the card processed the payment it chargee $3 more. I left a cash tip of 3$ and marked for them to only take the $24.90 off my card but they took the tip off my card as well. I called to speak with a manager i sat on the phone almost 40 minutes I called the first 3 times sat on hold 10 minutes each time. After 10 minutes the phone hangs up. The 4th time I sat on hold about 9 minutes before someone answered. I explained the situation and asked for a manager she said hold on I'll get the manager left for about 3 minutes came back and said the manager said call back tomorrow to speak to the other manager. As a manager u should have came to the phone and spoken with me as I the customer requested. So I called today I asked for the money to be put back on a card because that's the way I paid. The said oh its too much of a process we'll just bring ur $3 back. I placed an order 2 hours later my kids wanted lunch from there food came they forgot my sauce I called back explained the situation. He apologized said he will have the driver bring it now . 40 minutes went by before someone came the sauce was cold the garlic knots were cold. Just not acceptable....
Read moreI placed an online order at 11pm delivery was supposed to have been for 11:35pm in which the app then said my order was delivered. NEVER received my order !! I waited up until 1am hoping the driver would come by. NEVER seen anyone ! I called the store soon as the app claimed I had my order (called for over an hour multiple times)...The store does not close until midnight....NO one ever answered the phone. It kept ringing.
I called this morning and explained my situation to manager. She wasn’t impressed and I felt rushed off the phone. I was offered a new order or my money back. Tbh I shouldn’t have had an option. I should of received both! I received a dry ‘sorry, we were so busy’ and a chuckle from the manager....I really feel offended. An attempt was never made to deliver my order.I worked all day and I wish my family was able to have enjoyed their meal.
I LOVE Pizza Hut but seriously there was noooo excuse. Never had this happen to me...I understand accidents happen.. but for the store to never answer their phone during business hours is alarming. Please check on your night shift staff to do better! Not ordering from this location. And it will be awhile to even order from this...
Read moreI ordered a 5 topping pizza online .gave me a 20 % discount..withe order..order paid for...when delivery guy got here..they wanted extra money for the discount that did apply online but not in the receipt..and missing a topping as well...the delivery driver called the store and Manager Laura. Store #026621.in N Las vegas..lake Mead and jones...was rude omg..says no discount when you order a deal..so asked why did it charge me with the discount online..I would have paid the difference if it was..she didn't want to take ownership of website glitch..told the driver to take my pizza back..I paid the extra..without noticing my missing topping...then called the store. Another worker answered..told them I was missing a topping..put me on hold for manager .but Laura had to be the only manager ..left me on hold then she hung up the phone on me..reporting this horrible service to BBB and won't be back..all these years I've shopped at this store...Laura rude and combative towards customers..bad business period..hope she...
