Napoli Pizzeria (W. Lake mead/Jones) — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I took my 5 star down. BEWARE THEIR PICTURES DONT SHOW REAL PRODUCT LOOK AT REVIEWS THIS GOT TO BE THE WORST FOOD SERVICE. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. HALF THE FOOD AND EFFORTS FULL PRICE The only thing that was good was the eclair and that's because they didn't make it.

I should have ordered from DOMINOS, WHEN SOMETHING WRONG WITH ORDERS THEY FIX ,THATS WHY THEY MAKE MORE MONEY AND KEEP LOADS OF CUSTOMERS FOR YEARS, LIKE ME. HERE I COME DOMINOS.

UPDATE NOV.18,2022 : Try ordering again today, cause we'll sick and needed food, Safe to say, WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. WE ORDERED CHICKEN WINGS AND FRENCH FRIES,CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP WITH DESERT ECLAIRS. French fries was horrible they wasn't as good as the first time, on top of it,..they gave us half the chicken wing, not the whole chicken wing, the soup was not as good neither, I called to tell her where's the other part of the chicken wing she talking about all we have are flats and drums but when I ordered she never offered me the two sides of the chicken wing as options, which I had no clue that they had two sided chicken wings you can order from... you can't get the whole chicken wing so they charging you the same price for half a chicken wing, and the audacity they told me that everybody sells chicken wings like this and nobody does but them. Trust me if you want a terrible meal you might want to avoid this place..we are sick and inside and can't go over and switch the meal, you would think she would have tried to make it up to the customer but they don't give a damn. We wasted 60 bucks on a subpar meal the meal was horrible THEE FRENCH FRIES ..A four year old could have cooked... the chicken wings was half of the chicken wing... we got the flats which we didn't have the option of picking they picked it for us... me personally I don't like the flats that part of the chicken wing but I find it crazy that they charging you full price for half a chicken wing.. DONT WASTE YOUR...

My husband and I decided to try this spot as it is a block from our house,and just recently opened. We walked in, and there was a man and a woman behind the counter. Neither said hello or welcomed us or even acknowledged our presence. Finally after waiting a couple minutes, I yelled hello and asked how the restaurant was run as it was our first time here.... do we order first then sit down? Etc...

The man asked if it was for dine in or takeout and we said dine in. We were told to sit wherever we liked. A third person, we assumed our server, came up to give us menus. We ordered pizza and pasta... figured try out two different sides of the menu.

The pizzas here get up to 30", they also have a Chicago style deep dish and offer a gluten free option too. Our pizza was delicious, with lots of toppings... the cheese was kind of skimpy, especially because it said "extra cheese"... but it did taste really good. The pasta was pretty good too, and the sauce was nice.

The 3 stars of this review is SOLELY for the service. The only time staff came to our table was to deliver food. No one came by to refill drinks or check on us. After eyeballing the first woman, she finally came over for drink refills and then later I had to go up to their counter to ask for to-go boxes. No one came by with a check, so we went up front for that too. I dont mind having to get up to pay a check, but just let me know...! Also, it seems silly that guests should have to do all this when only 3 of the 10-12 tables in their location were occupied. I watched as all three of the front of house employees ONLY went out to tables to bring something out or to take an order. Please fix this!!

Let me start off by saying I’m really upset and wish I didn’t have to write this review. My husband and I have been coming for quite some time now and WE LOVE THE FOOD. Yesterday (08/24/2023) my husband placed an order for a #9 but got a specialty pizza so the price came out to $60. We immediately called back and asked to change the pizza for a regular one topping so we could get the deal for $45.99 instead. The lady on the phone was super helpful and said it was no problem. When picking up the pizza we let the cashier now we switched the pizza for a 1 topping and the price should be different. The lady was going to ask a male worker and another lady w/ a strong accent told her “ don’t ask him questions and charge the customer “ we let her know what was going on and it didn’t make sense why we would pay 60. She got upset and proceed to ask us if we wanted to see the pizza she originally started to make and had to throw away. We let her know that we called right away to make sure it would be okay and we we’re told it was. She did not want to change the price so we paid over $15 extra bc I was not going to sit there and argue with someone who did not care to even work with us.I will never be coming back due to the disrespect she not only gave us but her employees. You do not speak to anybody especially your staff like that. She then says “ I can give you a dessert and that’s about it” horrible customer service...
