Ok so since this place opened up either earlier this year or the end of last year I have only been there twice. Fist time when they just opened I was so excited they had this place on my side of town. I go inside and order what I always get which is a large almond milk tea with extra boba. Very short wait which was excellent. I grab my drink and straw go to the car and take a sip expecting what I know the taste is of almond milk and I taste an almost Pina colada flavor, go back in and they insist it's almond milk. Not wanting to go over and over about it I leave and swear to not go back again. If that's almond milk from there I don't want it. Then last night I'm shopping and decide ok it's been about a year let me go inside and order my drink and see if they have had time to get the flavors of their right. I order same exact thing and said to myself ask if it's made with green tea or black tea. Green tea tends to make it taste more on the bland watery side. So I ask the girl which tea they use. She didn't understand what I was asking so I said again, do you use green or black tea for the almond milk tea, she said "It's powder" I said yes I know the flavor is powder but what tea do you use green or black? She said again "It's powder". Ok so you're telling me that you use powdered flavored milk tea? Ummmmmm ok is the powder green or black tea? She said I don't know "it's just powder". I taste my drink and it's like water with powdered milk. I left and will not ever go back again. I'm paying almost $6 for a large powdered milk tea??? GTFOH!!!! THATS NOT MILK TEA!!!! I have had plenty of milk teas here in town and that is the absolute first place ever to say they use powder for milk tea. Even the other No.1 Boba Tea locations maybe disguise it or something but I've even bought my own boba supplies to make t home and the tea is tea and the flavor is powder. Yuck and what a rip off. Don't order milk tea you'd be better off ordering a slush or smoothie unless they don't use real fruit. You'd be better going to see my lady Lisa at OMG Boba up the street now that's real milk tea and fruit. This place is a...
Read moreThis is the absolute worst no 1 boba tea location Iâve ever been to. They are so rude! Itâs immediate negative energy as soon as you walk into the store! The first time I came here I thought maybe hey, itâs late maybe these people are a little tired and just want to go home, there was two ladyâs working and both had attitude and no good customer service at all, this time it was earlier so I wanted to check the place out again and take my son to get boba, the lady who was working was no help and tried to keep rushing me through my order as im trying to get it together, i wasnt even at the counter yet and she kept asking me what I want so I felt rushed, i kept asking her about my points and phone number so I bought 2 bobas to see my points, i had 7. After 10 points you get discount or a free drink, after my purchase I had 9 so I ordered two more drinks and asked her to use my points since I would have them, she kept saying âafter you payâ âafter you payâ I paid, and she told me next time I come in to use my points, there will be no next time lady! which made no sense when I told her I wanted to use them today. She was no help she was very pushy and just had the worst energy ever. Im definitely not going back to that...
Read moreThe boba tea was good but the customer service was not great at all. Two girls were working. The brunette was nice but the other girl looked and acted like she had no interest in doing her job, much less doing it kindly. My husband asked if they had non-dairy creamer and was told yes. We asked if it was gluten free (yes, we're high maintenance, but that does not explain rude behavior) and they basically said they didn't know. I asked if I could see the container, not out of the question when you're just trying to make sure you're not going to get sick, and she pointed at a pot on the counter and said "This is the container." Then she went into the back and said "it has whey power." Back to the original question about it being dairy free and whey is NOT dairy free. So thankfully my husband isn't allergic to dairy but for the future they need to be more careful and far more kind. That was some of the worst customer service I've received. You shouldn't be visibly rolling your eyes at your customers. If I was a local I definitely...
