Got to dominions and was waiting in my car for curbside pickup but had to wait probably 5 minutes - no biggie. But then they came out with my pizzas but only had 2 of the 3. The guy went back in to find the third but eventually came out saying it would be a few minutes because they’d missed it on the order. He did take back my other two pizzas to keep them warm while they were making the others. But I was sitting waiting over 30 minutes. I finally called the store and the girl on the phone checked the order and said she had it right there and would bring it out. She brought them out to me but didn’t apologize for the wait until I stressed that I’d been waiting so long (while I’m sure my done pizzas were just sitting inside.) She was pretty dismissive and simply said “sorry and thanks for you patience” while she walked away from my car. Poor communication, poor customer service. I know they were busy but the fact that no one was assigned to make sure that a messed up order was taken care of and the customer was made to feel like Domino’s had “made it right” just doesn’t sit well with me. Ordered 5 hot sauces to go with 2 orders of boneless wings. Didn’t get any sauces with our order.
When I called in, the young man on the phone kept saying I only ordered 4 sauces when my receipt clearly says 5. Sounds like an issue with their system.
The manager Kale get on the phone and let’s me know they won’t deliver the sauces unless I pay a $4 delivery fee to get the $2 in sauces I paid for and didn’t receive.
I asked for a refund and was told no since they can’t “partially void” an order. I find that hard to believe since nearly every POS system has that basic functionality.
There’s literally another pizza place in this shopping center that I normally go to. I chose to give dominoes another chance since the good pizza place was closed. Major mistake.
