Sultans Wagyu Grill — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I loved this restaurant and I’m unsure if it’s the new ownership or because I ordered via DoorDash not over the phone for pickup, but I am so disappointed. I ordered what use to be named the chicken salad but is now on DoorDash the “Greek Salad Baby” and it was packaged not in the usual plastic container which is large enough to accommodate a meal sized salad but in a container so small they could barely close the lid without squishing the beats which were not listed as an ingredient causing all the beats juice to leak into the salad. That I can all deal with, maybe it’s my error for assuming it was the same salad after calling and confirming… but they included with my meal sized salad the smallest half filled container of salad dressing… moving beyond that. It is what it is I’ll try my best to use the dressing sparingly… I ordered 2 orders of hummus and paid for extra pita bread (an item which use to come complimentary with the salad) and the pita is so thin and use to get 8 pieces with an order of hummus now only included 4 of these thin air filled pieces of bread (2 for the side extra I paid 2$ for). I’ve been sick for 3 days and this is the only thing I’ve been wanting to eat, so much so I ordered on DoorDash… and let’s just say I want to cry I’m so let down and upset that I can’t even have my favorite salad. Food is excellent! All prepared to order and always so good! I recommend the chicken kabob and shaurama. I don't eat red meat but I'm confident it's excellent! I have been eating here for years and never have been disappointed! Today, August 18th Grubhub delivered my order. They didn't have the courtesy to let me know they were on the way nor did they let me know they were here. No call, no knock on the door, no ring of my doorbell! Approximately 1/2 hr. after the anticipated delivery time I decided to look outside. There was my food on the ground near my door. My salad was hot, I had to toss it. My chicken kabab sandwich was all soggy from sweating in the 104° heat! Im not on Facebook so I'm unable to complain directly to Grubhub. First visit, live 20 minutes away but was close by shopping. Unbelievable quality, caring and detail to order. I have dined at a dozen Greek style food restaurants in an around Las Vegas, and never have I enjoyed this kind of quality, pricing and service. I ordered the steak wrap, and they asked me how I wanted it cooked? I’ve never ever been asked that on a Greek style food order. And the meat was medium rare as requested and chewed like butter. The wrap dough was soft, not chewy and fresh. The meat was freshly cooked and seasoned lightly and with great taste. The sauce was light but flavorful.
