This is ridiculous! This is the 3rd time in a row they screwed me on portions. I just spent $50 on 4 bowls and a tip and they are barely filled up half way!!! They just closed the one in downtown Summerlin, and this is the only one near me, but I will not be screwed any longer. They are so inconsistent, and these portions are a blatant spit in the face. The ones at Downtown Summerlin were filled to the top like the pictures. This tells me that this store must belong to a greedy franchisee, who does not abide by the portion control guides. Let’s see how long you stay open doing bad business buddy. You’ll be closed within 6 month, if you keep this up. Mark my words!
love Nekter! So refreshing. Their bowls like Açaí, and passion fruit… and smoothies like tropical cooler are my go-to… On the downside today my smoothie was not filled up like usual, and sometimes it seems they are understaffed… you might have to wait way past your pickup time, even when ordering ahead on the app. On these short staffed days you can tell there staff can get overwhelmed. Ownership/Management should take note, because the last thing you want is burnout. That’s usually why people leave their jobs for other opportunities. Not too sure if it’s the unfortunate curse of their generation or the fact that customer service just isn’t coached upon in this establishment. Having had been an assistant GM for Nékter many years ago, I was so disappointed/sad that the workers knew very little about the products they had to offer let alone did not smile nor help take my order. (I had to ask if they were going to help me)
I love seeing an eager smile WILLING to help, even if they may not know the products well (maybe they just started) as long as they are happy, friendly, and helpful; it makes a huge difference. Something as simple as a smile goes such a long way!
I hope for Nekters sake they do better as far as coaching when it comes to customer service.

I bought a mango smoothie bowl with almond butter on top. The smoothie bowl doesn’t even look like it has mango in it. I taste no mango at all I can’t taste it find the almond butter that was supposed to be added on top as a topping. The smoothie bowl taste isn’t that great. It’s definitely not sweet like the girl told me it was. It taste watered down sadly. Bowlology taste way better I can taste the almond butter when it’s added as a topping.
