Donuts are very small, staff is very ill prepared and customer service needs WORK! You open and close the doors and drive thru whenever you want and not the hours stated. It is very small for the huge building that now blocks the view for entire plaza. We expected something more grand and all it showed us is that Cocos next door blows these donuts away!!!!! Dunkin, you should have tried the 24 hour thing in this area. We have do little to choose from late and middle of the night around this area that you bring open same hours if businesses better than yours was a huge mistake.
Stupidly gave this place another shot. And they once again went above and beyond in disappointment. The one and only saving grace was the very nice young man at the window, (not to be mistaken for the impolite girl taking the orders at the speaker.) Brown sugar, shaken espresso over ice drink with additional brown sugar pumps added by request of a total of six and this coffee was not sweet or pleasant tasting in any way I had to bring it home and fix it myself just to be able to drink this overpriced cup of coffee. We ordered the croissant sandwich, the bagel sandwich and the sourdough sandwich. The sourdough sandwich is entirely too large for a breakfast sandwich to be and was nothing special, the croissant sandwich was flat and greasy, and had more egg on it than anything else, and the bagel sandwich was so hard and almost inedible and stale that McDonaldās bagel sandwich blows this one out of the water for far less money than what we paid at Dunkinā Donuts.. OK Itās bad enough that everybody in this area waited for so long for this place to open not only was there no advertisement or lure of any kind for all of the senior citizens that live up and down Hualapai so that Mark was missed completely by Dunkinā Donuts advertising staff, But then you try to go through the drive-through while youāre having work done in the middle of a Sunday morning, where it should be busy, but itās not you can take your queue from whatever reason that is to the point to where we couldnāt hear the speaker and the speaker couldnāt hear us so. And then to top it all off when youāre going through the drive-through you have this very limited menu out there so how are new customers to Dunkinā Donuts ever supposed to know what you have to offer if you donāt even have the full menu posted outside barely online and it seems partial on the inside as well compared to other Dunkinā Donuts stores. The residence around here didnāt worry for a minute that maybe Cocoās would not make it, but after seeing Dunkinā Donuts in action now for a couple months, we do not worry about Dunkinā Donuts sticking around here for long. Make sure to visit Cocos donuts in same parking lot, now that is a DONUT!!!! Fresh everyday. The lights and baking starts every morning...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was so excited when this place opened, only to be met with the worst service Iāve ever experienced. The staff would consistently never make anything correctly (and lie about it), act like they didnāt want to be there, would be openly rude to customers including myself, and would take 10-15 minutes to serve 3 people in line.
The food they make looks old and war-torn. Sandwiches and wraps completely inside out. Sauce coating the linings of the bag. The worst part is, I asked them about a modification on a wrap (that they never honored before and I would ignore), they told me to my face that they made the change and ādouble checkedā, and sure enough, they didnāt.
There are clearly serious issues that need to be fixed, as this location is doing a horrid, slapdash job, and with such a low average rating after only being open for 2 weeks,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI specifically asked for Chocolate glazed donuts not chocolate iced donuts. Iām not sure why these young people they have working canāt learn correct but itās very irritating when Iām spending money at a place that the 3 times Iāve been too since opening have made terrible drinks and canāt get donuts right. Whoever works drive thru also sounds like they donāt care for their job. If I come through here again and it happens again Iām just going to go to corporate, employees need to learn how to make drinks and learn the difference of donuts aswell. Very heated about this, one donut is cake and the other is dough some people donāt and canāt eat dough vice versa. If I have to check the bag everytime I go through yāallās drive thru when there was only one only car,...
