This place is horrible! The guys that work there, I found out they are brothers, one is more skinny than the other. That guy (skinny one) is VERY RUDE! I asked for no bacon and put turkey in my sub, not as a substitute, just add it too, and he said "we can't change the ingredients of a number sub" and as far as I know yes they can. There is even a paper there on the wall that says "you choose your number and we can take care as you want" or something like that. So, then I said to him ok, then I want to change my sub for another number and he got so mad that he started to throw the stuff he had put on the first sub in the containers. That was my first red flag. Then, I pointed out about the cookies, they have them mixed up, and there is a Macadamia one, well; is a nut, and there are lots of people with nut allergies; my son is one of them; we wanted raspberry/white chocolate but they were on top and under the macadamias. I explained to him that it was a health hazard and he got angry. He told me that the vendors told them to display them like that and that they couldn't change anything and that the raspberry ones had nuts in it, so be quiet! What! I told him "no they don't," and he kept saying, " they do." I told him that we always bought those cookies because there is No Nuts and he kept saying" they do" like a 5 year old. I got angry and said, "You guys can get sued if anyone with allergies gets sick or died." He put a smirk in his face and laughed at me and said,"Oh, we don't get sued, Subway doesn't get sued ever." I say, "Yes, it could! Is a health hazard!" So he walked to the register and said,"That's all?" So I told my son, "Let's go, I don't need to deal with his attitude anymore," and he said, "Wait, you need to pay" and I said "No, we're leaving and I'm going to report you and this Subway". Then I found out that those boys are the managers' sons... no wonder he put the smirk face and said, "we don't get sue."...news flash, I reported it... we'll see now. DO NOT GOT TO THIS...
Read moreI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at your Subway location that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering around 7 o'clock, my wife and I observed all the chairs being stacked and the floor being mopped by Jordan. Despite this, we proceeded to place our orders. However, during the payment process, a bottle of drink, not ours, was mistakenly added and promptly canceled. Unfortunately, this led to a system freeze, resulting in not one, but three unexpected charges of $17 each.
Walked out and returned to address the issue, the resolution process was painfully slow. What added to the frustration was the denial of my simple request to eat inside the lobby. Additionally, the early closure of the restaurant at 9 o'clock seemed unnecessary, and the explanation for a two-hour preparation time for mopping a small space was perplexing.
To compound the situation, the staff explained they couldn't refund in cash and insisted we return another day to talk to the manager, Bobby. This not only seemed highly inconvenient but left us feeling unheard and dissatisfied.
I hope this detailed feedback prompts a thorough investigation into these issues and results in a swift resolution. Customers deserve a seamless experience, especially when it comes to basic transactions and service. I will be returning to get my money and to speak with Bobby. Hopefully he cares because Iâve noticed nobody...
Read moreTwo weeks ago, my friend and I went in on our lunch break for a bite to eat. We were greeted by a short lady with a long braid who made our sandwiches. She accidentally dumped the entire bottle of oregano onto the sandwich and my friend and I laughed because the situation was funny. We explained to the employee that we were not laughing at her, but she began yelling and swearing at us and told my friend that his hair looks funny. She escalated the situation and came around the counter and asked if we wanted to take it outside because she doesnât care about her job. We asked for a managerâs number and no one would provide us with the store number or a manager to get in touch with. We came in today and her and another gentleman walked out back after seeing us to talk about us. We asked the young man if he was a manager, and he told us to stop acting like 10 year olds. This is unacceptable behavior on both of their parts and no one should be denied the right to speak with a superior. I can understand having a bad day, but not blatantly disrespecting customers on multiple occasions and swearing like youâre a pirate from...
